METAL
Swarovski fashion jewelry is created using top quality Swarovski crystals. All metal parts are plated. The nickel content corresponds to European norms and is tested for nickel allergy.
POINTIAGE®
Developed by Swarovski, this high tech ceramic matrix has outstanding characteristics. Swarovski crystals are freely set by hand without using prongs or glue, thereby offering great design flexibility for a wide range of Swarovski crystals of different shapes and sizes. A ‘crystallized’ look with exceptional brilliance is achieved by the close proximity at which crystals can be set.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Please note that Swarovski generally does not produce custom-designed items but will personalize products offered from our corporate gifts offering. We also offer a personalization option for the Christmas Ornament, Annual Edition. This customized product may not be returned or exchanged. In case of defective engraved items, the standard replacement and repairs process needs to be followed.

SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL PEARLS
The pearls used in the Swarovski Fashion Jewelry collection are simulated pearls and are not natural. Crystal Pearls by Swarovski are pearls made with a crystal core. Their unparalleled harmonious and lustrous shimmer is achieved using a unique coating technology developed by Swarovski. It is the first production method in the world to combine the quality of a perfect crystal core with the exquisite beauty of a pearl coating. The innovative technology by Swarovski gives the pearl a mysterious glow, which appears to be radiating from within the pearl itself. The strictest quality controls help ensure the absolute flawlessness of each Crystal Pearl.
WHAT IS SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL?

Swarovski produces crystals of the finest quality. The company's name has become synonymous with genuine crystal. Swarovski's specialized manufacturing processes, together with the highest quality raw materials, guarantee the highest possible degree of precision, component quality, consistency, and unmatched brilliance.

Swarovski crystal is produced at the company’s traditional production plant in Wattens, Austria, where each crystal is subject to the most stringent quality controls. The exact recipe and the proportion of quartzes, sand, and minerals remain a company secret that is part of the legacy of pioneer Daniel Swarovski to his three sons.

PRECIOUS METALS
The metal parts are mostly gold- and rhodium-plated. In some cases also palladium-plated and with PVD-coated base metal. Swarovski gold jewelry is plated using 23k gold. It is designed with pale yellow gold that has a lustrous, bright and attractive shine. Swarovski rose gold jewelry is plated with 18k rose gold. The color is achieved by alloying fine gold with copper.
CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY
Unfortunately, certificates cannot be replaced. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. For products purchased from the Online Shop, the delivery receipt serves as the warranty. You will receive one certificate per online order. Please note that for all online purchases, the invoice or delivery receipt must be presented in order to make any claims regarding the warranty or similar.
CRYSTALLIZED™ - SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS

Swarovski is one of the world’s largest crystal suppliers to jewelry manufacturers as well as to the clothing and lighting industries. Third party manufacturers mark these products by attaching the ingredient branding label "MADE WITH SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS", or by describing them as "made with Swarovski crystals", or as "Crystallized™". However, these manufacturers may not refer to their products as Swarovski products. Furthermore, these products are not sold by Swarovski and do not necessarily meet its quality standards or qualify for its warranty conditions.

You might have noticed the following warning we place on our product packaging and wondered what it is all about WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm - www.P65Warnings.ca.gov”. Here are some frequently asked questions to help explain the warning and why we, like most companies doing business in California, are required to provide the warning.

WHAT IS CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65?
• California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, more generally referred to as “Proposition 65” or “Prop 65,” is a law unique to California. The law requires all businesses doing business in California to provide warnings if a product contains any of the more than 935 naturally occurring or synthetic chemicals that the State of California has determined to cause cancer or reproductive harm. The warning signs and labels are meant to warn consumers of possible exposure before they frequent an establishment or purchase a product.
As a result, Californians regularly and routinely see this warning label on all types of products including on foods, drinks, supplements, medications, household products/furniture, outdoor products, clothing, accessories, and in all kinds of places including restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, schools and hospitals. Because determining “exposure” and the level to which such exposure may exist is a very complex process, the burden of proof required of businesses seeking to be exempt from providing a warning is quite onerous. Therefore, many businesses simply elect to provide a warning based on the possible presence of one or more listed chemicals without evaluating exposure. As such, the actual level of exposure, if any, from the product may be below the “no significant risk” level established by the law.

WHY HAS SWAROVSKI PLACED A PROPOSITION 65 WARNING ON ITS PRODUCTS?
• A Proposition 65 warning means one of two things: (1) the business has evaluated the exposure and has concluded that it exceeds the “no significant risk” level; or (2) the business has chosen to provide a warning simply based on its knowledge about the presence of a listed chemical without attempting to evaluate the level of exposure. Even the regulatory office, CA’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), for Proposition 65 states on its website: just because there is a Prop 65 warning on a product, that does not necessarily mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA, WHY ARE YOU PROVIDING THE PROPOSITION 65 WARNING TO ME?
• Swarovski’s products are sold throughout the US. From a practical standpoint, due to the nature of how Swarovski distributes its products across the country, we cannot predict which exact product may end up being sold to someone in California, therefore, we place the warning on all of our products for some distribution channels. That said, consumers in all states may see the Prop 65 warning on our product packaging.

DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?

Send a present directly to someone special! Swarovski will wrap your order in a pretty gift bag with a ribbon. You can also add one greeting card with your personal message.

If you have the items sent to your address, you will receive one gift bag for each item ordered enclosed in your parcel. This allows you to wrap the gift yourself.
If you choose delivery to another address, the items will be delivered in a single gift bag. The parcel will contain a delivery note which also serves as a warranty but no invoice.

Please note that, in any case, only one greeting card can be added per order. After making an order, it is no longer possible to add a gift bag or greeting card. These options must be selected during the checkout process.

Please go to your profile and below your email you will find the option: Be Swarovski membership details. Here you have to insert your membership number and click on “Save”. You will get a notification that your details have been registered to your account.If you don’t have a user account on our website yet, you need to create one with your Be Swarovski membership number. Go to the Be Swarovski landing page: www.swarovski.com/beswarovski and tick the box “First time online” under “I am a member”. Enter your membership number and your postal code and / or last name and click on “Create online account”. Please check or complete your data, define your online password, and submit. You will receive an email confirmation that you have been successfully registered.
HOW CAN I REDEEM MY BE SWAROVSKI REWARDS ONLINE?
Please make sure that your Be Swarovski membership number is registered in your online account in order to redeem your Be Swarovski rewards.You will then be able to add the Be Swarovski rewards in the Shopping Bag. Either click on the link in your reward email and your code will be added automatically to the Shopping Bag, or copy and paste the online code from your reward email into the Shopping Bag.Please be aware that the loyalty gift is only redeemable in store and not on the website.
