Why should I join?
As a Swarovski Club member, you will receive rewards for making purchases with us. Members also benefit from early access to sales and promotions, invitations to events, status rewards, and more.
You can view your benefits in the “My Account” section when you log in online.
I signed up in store for the Swarovski Club and now want to buy online and accumulate these online purchases. What do I need to do?
Ga naar swarovski.com en klik op ‘Inloggen’. Hier vindt u het kopje 'Hebt u zich in de winkel geregistreerd?' en klikt u op 'Rond de aanmelding nu af'. Waarom werkt mijn kortingsvoucher niet?
Als u uw kortingsvoucher online wilt gebruiken, werkt de code alleen als u bent ingelogd op uw account. U kunt vouchercodes (zoals BIRTHDAY, WELCOME en SILVER) inwisselen in uw winkelmandje.
Houd er verder rekening mee dat kortingsvouchers alleen gebruikt kunnen worden voor niet-afgeprijsde artikelen en slechts één keer ingewisseld kunnen worden. De vouchers kunnen niet ingewisseld worden als onderdeel van een sale, aanbieding of promotie, en kunnen niet gecombineerd worden met andere kortingen of productvouchers. Reparaties, SCS-lidmaatschappen en speciale edities zijn ook uitgesloten (speciale edities verwijst naar artikelen met inbegrip van, maar niet beperkt tot exclusieve designeredities, genummerde gelimiteerde edities, SCS-jaarlijkse edities, Crystal Myriad-edities, andere artistieke individueel gemaakte artikelen en samenwerkingen).
Hoe wordt mijn status berekend?
Your tier status is based on your total rolling year spend. Rolling year spend is the sum or total of the purchased and returned products a Swarovski Club member has made over a 12-month period.
The 12-month period starts when you make your first purchase as a Swarovski Club member. That means, if you start spending on July 10, you will have until July 9th the following year (12 months later) to accumulate rewards and reach the next tier.
Every time you qualify for a new tier, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of that tier status for 12 months.
Products purchased on Swarovski.com and in participating stores stores of the 32 participant countries will count towards your tier calculation. Participant countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau SAR, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye and USA. However, the following items do not count towards your membership: accessories (care and cleaning products); spare parts; repairs services; the purchase and redemption of gift cards, your SCS membership fee; purchases made in countries other than your assigned country of residence; and returns.
