Our Commitments

  1. We will build a diverse leadership population that includes underrepresented groups. As a first step, we commit to a 40:40:20 distribution, where a minimum of 40% of our leaders are women, a minimum of 40% are men, and the remaining 20% can belong to any gender.

난민 여성 멘토링 프로그램

스와로브스키는 비영리조직 Tent와의 파트너십을 통해 역량 강화와 교육에 오랫동안 헌신해오고 있습니다. 이 파트너십에는 향후 3년간 50명의 여성 난민을 위한 멘토링이 포함됩니다. 멘토링 프로그램의 목표는 난민 여성들의 기술을 향상시키고, 최적의 일자리를 제공하는 것입니다.

We Sparkle

Subtitle:
이 이니셔티브는 강력한 공동체와 소외계층을 지원하는 단체인 Raks Thai Foundation과의 협업으로 탄생했으며, 경제적 능력을 돕기 위한 교육 커리큘럼과 도구를 개발하고 있습니다. WeSparkle 프로그램은 근로자의 휴식 시간에 Raks Thai 직원들이 공장 현장을 직접 안내하고 조언을 제공하는 웰빙 코너로 인기를 얻고 있습니다. 또한 주최 측은 외부 서비스 제공업체가 참여하는 특별 세션을 마련했으며, 전용 공간에서 금융, 건강, 성평등과 같은 다채로운 주제의 정보 자료를 제공했습니다.

HERproject

Subtitle:
HER è l'acronimo di Health Enables Returns (La salute porta a risultati) e con il motto “Empowered Women, Dignified Work, Better Business ” (Donne emancipate, lavoro dignitoso, affari migliori), il progetto illustra come la salute sul luogo di lavoro e l’inclusione finanziaria possano far emergere pienamente le potenzialità delle donne. L’iniziativa HERproject, istituita nel 2007, ha aumentato il benessere, l’autostima e le potenzialità economiche di oltre 1 milione di donne e di 450.000 uomi

Pride

Ci impegniamo con passione a celebrare la comunità LGBTQ+ tutto l’anno attraverso attività di sensibilizzazione, tra cui tavole rotonde, workshop, festeggiamenti durante il mese del Pride e collaborazioni con importanti organizzazioni del settore come Transgender Network Switzerland e Workplace Pride.
