Unsere Verpflichtungen

  1. Wir verpflichten uns, vielfältige Führungskräfte einzusetzen, zu denen auch unterrepräsentierte Gruppen zählen. Im ersten Schritt verpflichten wir uns zu einer 40:40:20-Verteilung, bei der mindestens 40 % unserer Führungskräfte Frauen und mindestens 40 % Männer sind. Die restlichen 20 % können jedem Geschlecht angehören.
  2. Wir verpflichten uns zu einer vorurteilsfreien Rekrutierung, indem wir innovative Rekrutierungspraktiken einsetzen und integrative Schulungen für unsere Talentakquise-Community veranstalten.
  3. Wir werden unsere Mitarbeitenden weiter sensibilisieren und das Bewusstsein für Gerechtigkeit, Vielfalt und Inklusion schärfen.
  4. Wir setzen uns dafür ein, einen Arbeitsplatz zu schaffen, an dem berufstätige Eltern sich entfalten können.
  5. Wir legen Wert auf eine vielfältige Darstellung in unseren Marketingbotschaften und Bildern, einschließlich Geschlecht, Zivilstand, ethnischer Zugehörigkeit, Alter, Religion, sexueller Orientierung, Größe und Fähigkeiten.
  6. Wir verpflichten uns, mit verschiedenen Lieferanten zusammenzuarbeiten, um wirtschaftliche und geschäftliche Chancen für unterrepräsentierte Gruppen zu schaffen.

Journée Internationale des Droits de la Femme

Subtitle:
Célébrée le 8 mars, la journée internationale de la femme a pour vocation d’honorer les femmes à travers le monde, quelle que soit leur nationalité, leur culture ou leurs croyances. Nous saluons la force de chaque femme. Ensemble, nous pouvons et nous réussirons à concrétiser la vision centenaire des fondateurs de la Journée internationale de la femme qui consiste à se tenir fermement aux côtés de tous les sexes et à faire tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour créer un monde meilleur et plus pacifique.

Programme de mentorat destiné aux femmes réfugiées

Subtitle:
Nous sommes engagés depuis longtemps en faveur de l'autonomisation et de l'éducation que nous renforçons par notre partenariat avec l'organisation à but non lucratif Tent. Ce partenariat inclut notamment le mentorat de 50 femmes réfugiées sur les trois prochaines années. L'objectif du programme de mentorat est de renforcer les compétences des femmes réfugiées et de leur donner les meilleures armes possibles pour trouver un emploi.

We Sparkle

Subtitle:
is an initiative created in collaboration with the Raks Thai Foundation, an organization promoting strong communities and assisting disadvantaged groups, to develop training curriculums and tools that aid financial literacy. A popular component of the WeSparkle program has been the Wellbeing Corner, where staff from Raks Thai, were available on the factory floor for face-to-face guidance and advice during worker breaks. Organizers also arranged special sessions featuring external service providers, and the dedicated area hosted informational material on a range of topics, including finance, health, and gender equity.

HERproject

Subtitle:
HER stands for Health Enables Returns, and, under the tagline ‘Empowered Women, Dignified Work, Better Business’, the project shows how workplace health and financial inclusion can bring the full potential of women to the fore. Established in 2007, HERproject has increased the wellbeing, confidence and economic potential of more than 1,000,000 women and 450,000 men.

Pride

Title:
We are passionate about celebrating the LGBTQ+ community throughout the year through awareness raising activities including panel discussions, workshops, Pride Month celebrations and partnerships with leading specialist organizations like Transgender Network Switzerland and Workplace Pride.

Community & Belonging

We want employees to feel like they belong, and that’s only possible when they feel themselves and represented at work – every time and everywhere. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are key/crucial to creating this sense of inclusion and belonging. ERGs are employee led groups that contribute to fostering a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Participants are usually employees who feel connected by a mixture of shared interests, experiences, or backgrounds. Here are some ERGs we have:
