Swarovski has a long-standing commitment to social responsibility that dates to its founding in 1895. As one of the early companies to provide social welfare to workers, such as housing support, financing the local school, and prioritizing employee health, safety and wellbeing, this responsibility has always been part of who we are. Today, we continue this legacy by respecting and protecting the rights of people across our business and supply chain. From advancing gender equity and inclusive leadership to supporting vulnerable workers, we build a culture rooted in fairness and the celebration of individuality at every level.​
Progress Highlights

In 2025, women represented 41% of our senior leadership roles, reflecting ongoing efforts to increase the representation of diverse backgrounds in leadership. This progress is also recognized internally, with 89% of our employees agreeing in the Global Culture Survey that Swarovski values diversity and inclusion.

​To strengthen diversity and inclusion, we introduced a tool to track representation across our workforce and identify improvement areas. We also updated our Leadership Principles to emphasize inclusivity, respect, and care, helping leaders to create a culture where everyone is valued and able to thrive.

Our owned production facilities are regularly certified or audited against internationally recognized social and occupational standards, including SA8000, SMETA, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Notre programme WeShine encourage l’autonomisation, la santé et l’éducation financière des travailleurs sur les sites de fabrication Swarovski en Inde, en Thaïlande et au Vietnam. Plus de 2 400 travailleurs ont participé à cette initiative, améliorant le bien-être sur nos sites asiatiques.

Depuis 2022, nous sommes membres de Sedex, l’une des principales plateformes commerciales éthiques au monde, qui s’engage à améliorer la transparence et les conditions de travail dans les chaînes d’approvisionnement mondiales.

En 2025, pour garantir que nos fournisseurs et partenaires adhèrent aux mêmes valeurs éthiques que nous, nous avons réalisé 140 audits environnementaux et sociaux de fournisseurs à haut risque dans le cadre de notre Initiative de sourçage responsable.
