1895年にオーストリアでダニエル・スワロフスキーによって設立され、130年間、世界で最も古い伝統的ブランドの一つであるSwarovskiは、卓越した芸術性で国際的な評判を築いてきました。クリスタルはカットされて磨かれ、貴重で希少な宝石にふわさしい精度でジュエリーに加工されています。驚くべき透明度と魅惑的な輝きで知られるSwarovskiクリスタルのサヴォアフェールは、光のマスターとしてのメゾンの卓越性を築き、細心の注意を払って作られたストーンの内部には息をのむような輝きが捉えられています。

Daniel Swarovski 出生於奧地利的波希米亞。他的父親是玻璃切割工，如同他所居住的山區許多人一樣，Daniel 首次在父親的小工廠裡學習玻璃切割的藝術。他在巴黎和維也納接受教育後，返回擁有豐富潔淨水源的 Tyrol ，創立了他的 Swarovski 水晶事業。Daniel 在 1883 年參觀了維也納國際電力展後，意識到這種新型能源會徹底改變工業生產，促使他發明了世界上第一台電動水晶切割機。他的機器在水晶創作中產生了前所未有的清晰度，使他得以實現把奢華帶給每個人的願景。他揭示了精準切割水晶中蘊藏的魔力，讓每個人（包括世界上最迷人的女性）都能煥發新光彩。Swarovski 品牌就此誕生。

At Swarovski, we believe in transparency and the importance of being aware of history.

An Austrian economic historian was commissioned by the Swarovski family to write a book about Daniel Swarovski, the company’s founder, covering his life from 1862 to 1956. The family guaranteed the historian complete autonomy in his research, ensuring that his work was conducted without any influence or limitations. To aid in his investigation, the family provided unrestricted access to their archives. The book, titled “Es hätte können, alles ganz anders kommen….” (It Could Have All Turned Out Quite Differently….), has been published by Böhlau in 2025.

While we cannot eradicate history, we can make sure that we learn from it, ensuring that our actions today are a force for good and drive positive change.
