Hoelang duurt het voordat retours worden verwerkt?
Zodra we je retourpakket hebben ontvangen, registreren we het en we sturen je een e-mail wanneer de retour is verwerkt. Elk paar schoenen is gemaakt van uitzonderlijke soorten leer en materialen die zijn geïntegreerd in vormen en modellen waarin een klassieke stijl samenkomt met innovatie. We geven onze producten een unieke verweerde uitstraling aan de hand van speciale processen en behandelingen, plus streepvorming en reparaties. De materialen die we gebruiken kunnen niet tegen vocht. We raden aan om regen te vermijden evenals direct contact met hittebronnen, vet, olie, make-up, alcohol, parfums, oplosmiddelen en andere schurende middelen. Sommige materialen, zoals suède, kunnen afgeven wanneer ze in contact komen met andere kleding. Ga tijdens het dragen altijd zorgvuldig om met uw schoenen en plaats ze in de meegeleverde stoffen zak wanneer u ze niet gebruikt. Deze specifieke schoenen zijn door de toegepaste vervaardiging geschikt voor dagelijks gebruik, maar kunnen niet tegen overbelasting tijdens bepaalde activiteiten. Bewaar de schoenen niet op een warme, vochtige of niet-geventileerde plek.

How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed.
