How does Click & Collect work?
When can I collect my order?
Please wait for the “Ready for Pick-Up” email before going to the store.
This confirmation ensures your order is ready for collection.
Collection timing depends on item availability:
Pick up today: The item is already in store and will be ready for collection once you receive your pick-up ready email.
Pick up in X days: The item will be shipped from our warehouse. You’ll first receive an email with tracking details, followed by a second email confirming it’s ready for pick-up in store.
To collect your order you will need to bring your order confirmation email and photo ID. If no ID, the card used for purchase may be accepted.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf they need:
- Order confirmation email
- Purchaser’s photo ID or card used for purchase

How do I return my order?
I resi online saranno accettati in tutti gli store Swarovski Click & Collect. Cerca lo store Click & Collect più vicino usando il localizzatore. Usa i filtri per trovare tutti gli store Click & Collect Swarovski aderenti. Dopo la registrazione del reso online, riceverai un’e-mail di conferma del reso e verrà elaborato il rimborso.
