How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.

Swarovski crystal is a delicate material that must be handled with special care. To ensure that your Swarovski product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:

Jewellery & Watches:
Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Avoid contact with water.
Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.

Figurines & Decorative Objects:
Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water. Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximise brilliance. Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.

Swarovski demi-fine jewelry crafted from sterling silver from recycled sources is designed to offer lasting brilliance and timeless elegance. Over time, sterling silver may naturally tarnish due to exposure to air and environmental elements. This gentle darkening or dulling of the surface is a normal and expected characteristic of sterling silver and does not indicate a defect or reduced quality. The degree of tarnishing may vary depending on individual skin chemistry, climate, and care habits. 

Daily Care
Sterling silver that is worn regularly usually requires less care, so we encourage you to wear your jewelry every day. To help maintain the radiance of your piece, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals. 

Cleaning Your Jewelry
Regular cleaning with the Swarovski Cleaning Cloth or with a soft polishing cloth will help restore its brilliance. You may also have your sterling silver jewelry professionally cleaned and polished at your nearest store for a small fee.

クリスタル製品を取り扱う際には、指紋が残らないよう、コットンのグローブを着用することをお勧めします。
