Les bijoux Swarovski Created Diamonds sont des produits délicats, fabriqués grâce au savoir-faire traditionnel de la joaillerie fine. Chaque pièce en or blanc de 18 et 24 carats et en argent 925 est fabriquée en métal rhodié et chaque pierre est montée individuellement. Par conséquent, un soin particulier est requis. Ranger vos bijoux : Les bijoux Swarovski Created Diamonds doivent être rangés dans leur emballage d’origine pour éviter les chocs et les rayures. Rangez les bijoux de manière à ce qu’ils ne s’emmêlent pas, qu’ils ne se frottent et ne se rayent pas les uns contre les autres.
Nettoyer vos bijoux : Utilisez un chiffon doux sans peluche pour préserver l’éclat de l’or. Notez que les dispositifs de trempage et de nettoyage ultrasoniques des bijoux peuvent éroder les revêtements en rhodium. Enfilez vos bijoux en dernier lorsque vous êtes habillé(e), et enlevez-les avant de vous déshabiller.

How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.
