Can I do a return?
Sometimes it’s just not right, if your item wasn’t what you expected, don’t worry, you have up to 14 days after receipt to return the item and for Swarovski Created Diamonds you have 30 days.
To qualify for a return:
•Items must be in a new unused condition; we reserve the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of wear
•All products returned must include all original packaging materials and tags. For Swarovski Created Diamonds the IGI certificate must be returned.
•All items purchased as part of a set, or a part of a promotional offer must all be returned according to the promotional terms & conditions. See Can i return items purchased in promotional bundle offer or set?
The below items are non-returnable:
• Personalized,adjusted to fit, customized,engraved products and made to order
•Gift cards
•Face masks
• Perishable goods
•Products purchased from a different country
How do I return my item?
Online purchase
To register your return:
Step 1:
Contact our customer service at Customer_Service_in@swarovski.com and specify the order number, the number of return item(s) and the return reason.
Return Reasons:
1 Description on the website was not accurate
2 Ordered more than one size
3 Style not as expected
4 Damaged
5 Dislike colour
6 Quality not as expected
7 Delivery issue
8 Fit or size
10 Incorrect product
11 Product uncomfortable
Step 2:
Customer service personell will process your return request and arrange the item(s) to be be picked up by courier.
Step 3:
Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original carton using the original packaging materials.
Step 4:
Allow approximately 14 working days for the return process upon our receipt of your return. Once your Online return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will be issued to the original order payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
Products purchased online can be returned at selected Swarovski stores (excluding concessions). Click here to discover if there is a store near you offering the service and check under store services for “Return in store”.
The item must be returned to "return in store" with Swarovski.com proof of purchase within 14 days after delivery/collection for a refund only.
The store will provide a proof of return receipt for the returned product and a refund will be issued within 10 working days.

Instore purchase
All products must be returned within 14 days after purchase to a Swarovski store with proof of purchase. Products that have been purchased in Swarovski retail store CANNOT be returned through our online store.

Online purchase
If delivered directly to you:
Follow the FAQ online returns process to return the item and the amount will be refunded to the card holder.

Instore purchase
Take your return item to original store with the gift receipt where we will be happy to help you choose an alternative from our collection for the same price or of a higher value, or a gift card.
Can I exchange my product?
Online purchase
It is not possible to exchange online purchases returned via post. All returned products will be refunded to the original payment method. Please place a new online order for the correct product.
Or for straightforward size exchanges of the same product subject to product availability. Visit your ##1237## (excluding concessions)
Instore purchase
Exchanges for a different size, colour or alternative product can be processed at your original point of purchase, subject to product availability.

When will I receive my refund?
Returned through a courier service:
Please note that your return will be processed within 10 days from the time we receive the product in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email. It may take anywhere from 14 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
Returns to store
Your return will be processed the same day; however, it may take anywhere from 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
Can I return sale items?

I have lost my receipt?
Alternative documents will act as proof of purchase:
• Authenticity card, date stamped
• Bank or credit card statement
• Credit card slip

Can I exchange a product purchased in store another country?
Can i return items purchased in bundle promotional sets?
For promotional bundles, where you enjoy a discount as a result of purchasing a certain number of items (for example, "Buy two or more bracelets and receive 15% off), you can return any of the items purchased separately. However, if your return reduces the number of items purchased below the offer threshold, your remaining purchases will no longer qualify for the promotion and all discounts applied will be forfeited.
Here are some examples:
- Buy two or more bracelets and receive 15% off: If you purchase 3 bracelets for $100 each, your total purchase price before tax will be $255. If you return one bracelet your purchase still qualifies for the promotional offer, and you will receive back $85 for that item. If you return two bracelets, you no longer qualify for the promotional offer; the one bracelet you retain will revert to full price, and your refund will be $155.
- Compose your set and enjoy an exciting price: If you purchase 3 items as a set to receive promotional pricing, and you return one item in that set, your purchase will no longer qualify for the promotional set pricing. The remaining items would revert to full price, which would be reflected in the refund for the item you retain.
