GENUINE SWAROVSKI
This website is the official Swarovski Online Shop, operated by Swarovski Crystal Online AG, an affiliate of the Swarovski Group. We fully guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased here.

Several other online shops may also sell Swarovski products. Since we do not operate such sites and have no control over them, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of products sold via these sites.

Please use caution when purchasing from other online shops and check that they are affiliated with us (for example, by checking if they appear in our Store Finder and/or have a good reputation in the market).

OFFICIAL LOGO
Since 1989, all genuine Swarovski products feature the Swarovski Swan logo. Pieces produced prior to this date have a different logo and, in some cases, it may only be faintly visible or almost impossible to detect.

You will find the following logos on almost all Swarovski crystal and jewellery products: Square Silver Crystal SC logo (1976 - 1988)
sCs/SCS logo (Swarovski Crystal Society 1987 - present)
Swan logo (1989 - present)

WHAT IS SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL?
Swarovski produces crystals of the finest quality. The company's name has become synonymous with genuine crystal. Swarovski's specialised manufacturing processes, together with the highest quality raw materials, guarantee the highest possible degree of precision, component quality, consistency and unmatched brilliance. Swarovski crystal is produced at the company’s traditional production plant in Wattens, Austria, where each crystal is subject to the most stringent quality controls. The exact recipe and the proportion of quartzs, sand, and minerals remain a company secret that is part of the legacy of the brand.

SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL PEARLS
The pearls used in the Swarovski Fashion Jewellery collection are simulated pearls and are not natural. Crystal Pearls by Swarovski are pearls made with a crystal core. Their unparalleled harmonious and lustrous shimmer is achieved using a unique coating technology developed by Swarovski. It is the first production method in the world to combine the quality of a perfect crystal core with the exquisite beauty of a pearl coating. The innovative technology by Swarovski gives the pearl a mysterious glow, which appears to be radiating from within the pearl itself. The strictest quality controls help ensure the absolute flawlessness of each Crystal Pearl.

METAL
All metal parts are tone plated. The nickel content corresponds to European norms and is tested for nickel allergy. The metal parts are mostly gold - and rhodium- tone plated. In some cases, also palladium tone -plated and with PVD-coated base metal. Swarovski gold tone jewellery has a finishing layer of gold. It is designed with pale yellow gold that has a lustrous, bright and attractive shine. Swarovski rose gold tone jewellery has a finishing layer of rose gold. The colour is achieved by alloying fine gold with copper.

POINTIAGE®
Developed by Swarovski, this high-tech ceramic matrix has outstanding characteristics. Swarovski crystals are freely set by hand without using prongs or glue, thereby offering great design flexibility for a wide range of Swarovski crystals of different shapes and sizes. A ‘crystallised’ look with exceptional brilliance is achieved by the proximity at which crystals can be set.

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
Please note that Swarovski generally does not produce custom-designed items but will personalise products offered from our corporate gifts offering. We also offer a personalisation option for the Christmas Ornament, Annual Edition. This customised product may not be returned or exchanged. In case of defective engraved items, the standard replacement process needs to be followed. Swarovski produces a limited range of specially manufactured corporate gift items. For more information, please visit Corporate Gifts.

CRYSTALLIZED™ - SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS
Swarovski is one of the world’s largest crystal suppliers to jewellery manufacturers as well as to the clothing and lighting industries. Third party manufacturers mark these products by attaching the ingredient branding label "MADE WITH SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS", or by describing them as "made with Swarovski crystals", or as "Crystallized™". However, these manufacturers may not refer to their products as Swarovski products. Furthermore, these products are not sold by Swarovski and do not necessarily meet its quality standards or qualify for its warranty conditions.

WATCHES
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Please entrust your watch to an authorised Swarovski retailer that offers Swarovski watches, to a watchmaker or to a jeweller who will replace the battery for you.

STRAP REPLACEMENT
Replacement straps are available to purchase and can be ordered from most authorised Swarovski retailers.

METAL PARTS ON WATCHES
The metal components of Swarovski watches are made of stainless steel, that is virtually immune to rust, discoloration and corrosion.

Nickel is also a component part of this composition.

All materials used for Swarovski watches comply with European regulations on nickel release.

In some very rare cases, allergies to Swarovski watches may occur due to high skin sensitivity to nickel. If this happens to you, we recommend that you cease wearing Swarovski watches.

Swarovski watches are embellished with premium quality Swarovski crystals.

WATCH CERTIFICATE & MANUAL
Information on features and instructions on how to change watch settings can be found in the operating instructions manual.

CARE ADVICE
JEWELLERY
All Swarovski fashion jewellery is traditionally crafted and therefore very delicate. As a result, special care is required.

Please, follow the following care instructions:

1. Store your jewellery individually in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid damage.
2. Polish your jewellery frequently with a lint free cloth to maintain its original sparkling condition.
3. Our recommendation is, to always place the jewellery on last, as a finishing touch to an outfit.
4. And don’t forget to remove your Swarovski jewellery before washing your hands, swimming or using products such as perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion. Such products may harm the metal, cause discoloration or cause a loss of crystal brilliance.
5. Avoid contact that may scratch or chip the crystal.

1. Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid damage.
2. Polish your jewellery frequently with a lint free cloth to maintain its original sparkle.
3. Avoid contact that may scratch or chip the crystal.

CRYSTAL CREATIONS AND HOME
1. Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water
2. Dry with a lint free cloth to maximise brilliance.
3. Do not use harsh, abrasive materials or glass/window cleaners.
4. When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.

HANDBAGS AND ACCESSORIES
Swarovski recommends that you treat leather products with care and avoid direct contact with grease, water, perfumes and/or make up in order to prevent stains and/or damage.

Avoid overloading leather and fabric accessories, as this can cause them to lose their original shape.
