Can I make a return?
Sometimes item wasn’t what you expected. But don’t worry, you have up to 30 days after receipt to return the item.
To qualify for a return:
•Items must be in new, unused condition. We reserve the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of wear
•All products returned must include all original packaging materials and tags
•All items purchased as part of a set or as part of a promotional offer must be returned according to the promotion terms & conditions. See ""Can I return items purchased as part of a promotional bundle offer or set?""
The below items are non-returnable:
• Personalized, adjusted to fit, customized and engraved products
• Gift cards
• Face masks
• Perishable goods
• Products purchased from a different country
How do I return my item?
Swarovski's top priority is our customer satisfaction. You may return your Online order up to 30 days after receipt (except for Creators Lab products, Gift Cards and Swarovski Masks (if unpacked due to hygienic reasons). To return your order we welcome you to visit your nearest Swarovski boutique. Please take the merchandise you wish to return in the original packaging, along with your proof of purchase.
For returns by post, please proceed as follows:
STEP 1:
To register your return, please go to returns.swarovski.com to get your return label
STEP 2:
Follow the instructions to complete the return registration and receive your unique QR code or return label.
STEP 3:
Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original carton using the original packaging materials and attach the printed return label to the carton.
STEP 4:
Return the parcel according to the instructions of your chosen return carrier.
STEP 5:
Keep the proof of return postage.
STEP 6:
Allow 14 working days for the return process upon our receipt of your return. Once your online return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
Products purchased online can be returned at selected Swarovski stores (excluding concessions). Click here to discover if there is a store near you offering the service and check under store services for “Return in store”
The item must be returned with Swarovski.com proof of purchase within 30 days after delivery/collection for a refund only.
The store will provide a proof of return receipt for the returned product and a refund will be issued within 10 working days.
NOTE:
If you received the item(s) as a gift, please contact the sender to proceed with the online return, otherwise use your Gift Receipt to proceed with "Real Return". All online orders will be accepted in all participating Swarovski "Real Return" stores in the country where the order was created. Please find your nearest "Real Return" store by using our Store Finder filter online. In case of a gift order return, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
Please bear in mind it is not possible to replace or exchange products bought online. Unwanted items would need to be returned per our returns policy. Please place a new online order for the correct product you need.
In store purchase
All products must be returned within 30 days after purchase to a Swarovski store with proof of purchase. Products that have been purchased in Swarovski retail store CANNOT be returned through our online store.
How do I return a gift?
Online purchase
If delivered directly to you:
Follow the FAQ online returns process to return the item and the amount will be refunded to the card holder.
Alternatively, if it is only a size exchange of the same product, the exchange is subject to product availability. Visit your nearest store for a size exchange.
In store purchase
Take your return item to your nearest store with the gift receipt where we will be happy to help you choose an alternative from our collection for the same price or of a higher value, or a gift card.
When will I receive my refund?
Online purchase
Returned through a courier service:
Please note that your return will be processed within 14 days from the time we receive the product in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email. It may take anywhere from 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
Returns to store
Your return will be processed the same day; however, it may take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
In store purchase
Your return will be processed on the same day; however, it may take anywhere from 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account
I have lost my receipt
• Authenticity card, date stamped
• Bank or credit card statement
• Credit card slip

Can I return or exchange a product purchased in another country?
Can I return items purchased as part of bundle promotional sets?
For promotional bundles, where you enjoy a discount as a result of purchasing a certain number of items (for example, "Buy two or more bracelets and receive 15% off"), you can return separately any of the items purchased. However, if your return reduces the number of items purchased below the offer threshold, your remaining purchases will no longer qualify for the promotion and all discounts applied will be forfeited.
Here are some examples:
- Buy two or more bracelets and receive 15% off: If you purchase 3 bracelets for $100 each, your total purchase price before tax will be $255. If you return one bracelet your purchase still qualifies for the promotional offer, and you will receive $85 back for that item. If you return two bracelets, you no longer qualify for the promotional offer; the one bracelet you retain will revert to full price, and your refund will be $155.
- Compose your set and enjoy an exciting price: If you purchase 3 items as a set to receive promotional pricing, and you return one item in that set, your purchase will no longer qualify for the promotional set pricing. The remaining items would revert to full price, which would be reflected in the refund for the item you return.
