Can I make a return?
Sometimes it’s just not right, if your item wasn’t what you expected, don’t worry, you have up to 30 days after receipt to return the item.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be in a new unused condition; we reserve the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of wear
• All products returned must include all original packaging materials and tags
• All items purchased as part of a set, or a part of a promotional offer must all be returned according to the promotional terms & conditions. See "Can I return items purchased as part of a promotional bundle offer or set?"
The below items are non-returnable:
• Personalized,adjusted to fit, customized,engraved products and made to order
• Gift cards
• Face masks
• Perishable goods
• Products purchased from a different country
How do I return my item?
Online purchase
To register your return, please go to returns.swarovski.com to get your return label/QR code.
• Enter your Online order number and email address and follow the instructions to complete the return registration and receive your unique return label/QR code.
• Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original carton using the original packaging materials.
• Return the parcel according to the instructions of your chosen return carrier. Keep the proof of return and tracking details provided by your carrier.
• Allow approximately 14 working days for the return process upon our receipt of your return. Once your Online return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will be issued to the original order payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
Products purchased online can be returned at selected Swarovski stores (excluding concessions). Click here to discover if there is a store near you offering the service and check under store services for “Return in store”
The item must be returned to "return in store" with Swarovski.com proof of purchase within 30 days after delivery/collection for a refund only.
The store will provide a proof of return receipt for the returned product and a refund will be issued within 10 working days.

Instore purchase
All products must be returned within 30 days after purchase to a Swarovski store with proof of purchase. Products that have been purchased in Swarovski retail store CANNOT be returned through our online store.

Are returns for free?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and in the case you need to return it, returns.swarovski.com to register your return. Alternatively, you are welcome to take your return to your nearest store to avoid paying a return shipping fee. To find your nearest store Click here for stores offering return in store service. How do I return a gift?
Online purchase
If delivered directly to you:
Follow the FAQ online returns process to return the item and the amount will be refunded to the card holder.
Alternatively, if it is only a size exchange of the same product, the exchange is subject to product availability. Visit your nearest store for a size exchange.
In store purchase
Take your return item to your nearest store with the gift receipt where we will be happy to help you choose an alternative from our collection for the same price or of a higher value, or a gift card.
Can I exchange my product?
Online purchase
It is not possible to exchange online purchases returned via post. All returned products will be refunded to the original payment method. Please place a new online order for the correct product.
Or for straightforward size exchanges of the same product subject to product availability. Visit your nearest store (excluding concessions)
Instore purchase
Exchanges for a different size, colour or alternative product can be processed at your nearest store, subject to product availability.

When will I receive my refund?
Online purchase
Returned through a courier service:
Please note that your return will be processed within 10 days from the time we receive the product in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email. It may take anywhere from 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
Returns to store:
Your return will be processed the same day; however, it may take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
Instore purchase

Can I return sale items?

Posso restituire o cambiare un prodotto acquistato in un altro paese?
Per vari motivi, Swarovski non ha una politica internazionale di cambio o rimborso. Di conseguenza, non siamo in grado di cambiare, sostituire o rimborsare gli articoli acquistati all’estero.
Posso effettuare il reso di articoli acquistati in pacchetti promozionali?
Per i pacchetti promozionali che prevedono uno sconto in seguito all’acquisto di un certo numero di articoli (ad esempio, “Acquista due o più braccialetti e ricevi uno sconto del 15%”), puoi restituire separatamente qualsiasi articolo acquistato. Tuttavia, se il reso riduce il numero di articoli acquistati al di sotto della soglia dell’offerta gli acquisti rimanenti non saranno più qualificati per la promozione e tutti gli sconti applicati saranno annullati.
Ecco qui alcuni esempi:
- Acquista due o più braccialetti e ricevi uno sconto del 15%: Se acquisti 3 braccialetti al prezzo di $100 euro l’uno, il prezzo totale d’acquisto al netto delle tasse sarà di $255. Se restituisci un braccialetto, il tuo acquisto si qualifica comunque per l’offerta promozionale, pertanto riceverai un rimborso di 85 euro per quell’articolo. Se restituisci due braccialetti, non hai più diritto all’offerta promozionale; il braccialetto che conservi tornerà al prezzo pieno e il tuo rimborso sarà di $155.
- Componi un set e approfitta di un prezzo eccezionale: Se acquisti 3 articoli come set per ricevere il prezzo promozionale e restituisci un articolo del set, il tuo acquisto non sarà più idoneo per il prezzo promozionale del set. Gli articoli rimanenti verranno nuovamente fatturati a prezzo pieno e ciò determinerà anche l’importo del rimborso dell’articolo restituito.
