Our Commitments
- We will build a diverse leadership population that includes underrepresented groups. As a first step, we commit to a 40:40:20 distribution, where a minimum of 40% of our leaders are women, a minimum of 40% are men, and the remaining 20% can belong to any gender.
- We commit to bias-free recruitment by exploring innovative recruitment practices and inclusive training for our talent acquisition community.
- We will further educate and raise awareness about equity, diversity, and inclusion among our workforce.

เมื่อวันที่ 8 มีนาคมมีการเฉลิมฉลองวันสตรีสากลซึ่งจัดขึ้นเพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่ผู้หญิงทุกคนในทุกประเทศ ทุกวัฒนธรรม และทุกความเชื่อ เราตระหนักดีว่าผู้หญิงทุกคนมีความเข้มแข็ง เราจึงเชื่อว่า หากเราร่วมมือกัน เราจะสามารถทำตามวิสัยทัศน์ที่มีมานานนับศตวรรษของผู้ก่อตั้งวันสตรีสากลด้วยการช่วยกันทำทุกอย่างที่เราสามารถทำได้เพื่อส่งเสริมทุก ๆ เพศ ซึ่งจะช่วยทำให้โลกใบนี้น่าอยู่และสงบสุขมากขึ้น
โปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาสำหรับผู้อพยพหญิง

เรามีความมุ่งมั่นในระยะยาวที่จะส่งเสริมด้านศักยภาพและการศึกษา โดยร่วมมือกับ Tent ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรพัฒนาเอกชน ความร่วมมือดังกล่าวรวมถึงการให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้อพยพหญิงจำนวน 50 คนเป็นระยะเวลาสามปีต่อจากนี้ โปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษานี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะให้กับผู้อพยพหญิง และช่วยให้คนเหล่านี้มีโอกาสดีที่สุดในการหางาน
โปรแกรม We Sparkle
Subtitle:
เป็นโครงการริเริ่มที่จัดทำขึ้นโดยร่วมมือกับมูลนิธิรักษ์ไทย ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรที่ส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนมีความเข้มแข็ง และช่วยเหลือกลุ่มผู้ด้อยโอกาส โดยพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมและเครื่องมือที่ช่วยให้ความรู้ทางการเงิน โปรแกรม We Sparkle ประกอบด้วย มุมเวลบีอิงคอร์นเนอร์ (Wellbeing Corner) ซึ่งเป็นโครงการที่ได้รับความสนใจเป็นอย่างมาก โดยเจ้าหน้าที่จากมูลนิธิรักษ์ไทยได้เข้ามาให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะนำแบบตัวต่อตัวที่ชั้นล่างของโรงงานในช่วงเวลาพักสำหรับพนักงาน นอกจากนี้ผู้จัดงานยังได้จัดให้มีช่วงเวลาพิเศษซึ่งมีผู้ให้บริการจากภายนอก และพื้นที่ที่จัดไว้โดยเฉพาะเพื่อแจกเอกสารข้อมูลในหัวข้อต่าง ๆ รวมถึงด้านการเงิน สุขภาพ และความเท่าเทียมระหว่างเพศ
โครงการ HER

HER ย่อมาจาก Health Enables Returns (การส่งเสริมสุขภาพช่วยเพิ่มผลกำไร) และตามสโลแกน “ส่งเสริมศักยภาพของผู้หญิง เพื่อให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีศักดิ์ศรี และช่วยให้การดำเนินธุรกิจมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น” โครงการนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าการส่งเสริมสุขภาพในการทำงาน และการให้ความรู้ทางการเงินโดยไม่แบ่งแยกจะช่วยให้ผู้หญิงสามารถใช้ศักยภาพได้อย่างเต็มที่ โครงการ HER (HERproject) ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 2007 เพื่อช่วยส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี ความมั่นใจ และความรู้ด้านการเงินสำหรับผู้หญิง 1,000,000 คน และผู้ชาย 450,000 คน

We are passionate about celebrating the LGBTQ+ community throughout the year through awareness raising activities including panel discussions, workshops, Pride Month celebrations and partnerships with leading specialist organizations like Transgender Network Switzerland and Workplace Pride.
