Onze beloften
- We zijn bezig een diverse afspiegeling van de samenleving samen te stellen inclusief leiders uit ondervertegenwoordigde groepen. Onze eerste stap is een vertegenwoordiging van 40:40:20, waarvan minimaal 40% van onze leiders vrouwelijk is, minimaal 40% mannelijk, en de overige 20% tot elke gender kan behoren.
- We streven naar werving zonder vooroordelen door innovatieve wervingspraktijken en een inclusieve training voor onze talent acquisition community te onderzoeken.
- Met meer voorlichting en het stimuleren van bewustzijn over gelijkheid, diversiteit en inclusie onder ons personeel.
- Ons doel is een werkplek te creëren waar werkende ouders zich volop kunnen ontplooien.
- En een diverse vertegenwoordiging in onze marketingboodschappen en ons beeldmateriaal, inclusief geslacht, burgerlijke staat, etniciteit, leeftijd, religie, seksuele geaardheid, grootte en talent.

Mednarodni dan žena

Mednarodni dan žena praznujemo 8. marca in je posvečen počastitvi življenj žensk povsod – žensk vseh narodov, kultur in prepričanj. Priznavamo moč vsake ženske. Verjamemo, da skupaj lahko izpolnimo in tudi bomo izpolnili stoletje staro vizijo ustanoviteljev mednarodnega dneva žena, da bi trdno stali skupaj z vsemi spoli in delali vse, kar je v naši moči, za ustvarjanje boljšega, mirnejšega sveta.
Program mentorstva za begunke

Dolgoročno smo zavezani k omogočanju enakih možnosti in izobraževanju, ki ju krepimo v partnerstvu z neprofitno organizacijo Tent. Naše partnerstvo bo v naslednjih treh letih vključevalo mentorstvo 50 begunkam. Cilj mentorstva je izpopolnjevanje veščin begunk in to, da bi se čim bolj usposobile za iskanje ustrezne zaposlitve.
We Sparkle

is an initiative created in collaboration with the Raks Thai Foundation, an organization promoting strong communities and assisting disadvantaged groups, to develop training curriculums and tools that aid financial literacy. A popular component of the WeSparkle program has been the Wellbeing Corner, where staff from Raks Thai, were available on the factory floor for face-to-face guidance and advice during worker breaks. Organizers also arranged special sessions featuring external service providers, and the dedicated area hosted informational material on a range of topics, including finance, health, and gender equity.
HERproject
Subtitle:
HER stands for Health Enables Returns, and, under the tagline ‘Empowered Women, Dignified Work, Better Business’, the project shows how workplace health and financial inclusion can bring the full potential of women to the fore. Established in 2007, HERproject has increased the wellbeing, confidence and economic potential of more than 1,000,000 women and 450,000 men.

We are passionate about celebrating the LGBTQ+ community throughout the year through awareness raising activities including panel discussions, workshops, Pride Month celebrations and partnerships with leading specialist organizations like Transgender Network Switzerland and Workplace Pride.
