Can I use more than one gift card as payment?

During checkout you are only able to redeem one gift card per order.

How can I check my electronic gift card balance?

Checking the remaining balance of an EGC is possible:

- Go to the page: https://www.swarovski.com/s-giftcardbuy/Buy-Gift-Card/ 
- Go to the bottom of the page, in the "Already have a Gift Card" section > "Check the status of your Gift Card"
- Click on "Check Balance"
- A new page opens, insert your Card Number in the "Card Number" field. 
- Click on the button "Check balance"

How do I order a Gift Card?

Gift cards can be sent by email (digital) or by post.

You may choose the gift card design as well as the amount, by following these few easy steps:

- Go to Gifts > Gift Card
- Click on the button "Buy a Gift Card"
- Select your card type to define if receiving a Digital gift card by email or a physical gift card sent by post.
- Select your favourite card design.
- Choose gift card value from available options or enter preferred value manually.
- Add the recipient's details (only available for gift cards by e-mail)
- Add your personal greeting text (only available for gift cards by e-mail)
- If everything is correct, click on “Add to Shopping Bag”
- Proceed check out as usual, (you might choose more items or finalize the order)

Please note that gift cards can be only redeemed within the same country it was issued or countries using the same currency.

Voucher or Gift Card not working

If you are facing difficulties applying your voucher or gift card, please consider the following advice.

Vouchers
Discount and money-off vouchers are entered on the shopping bag page and the voucher can include letters and numbers.

If the voucher is not accepted, please check the following:
- Voucher validity is not expired
- Item(s) being purchased is not part of the exclusion list mentioned in the T&Cs.
- You are not entering a 10 or 16-digit gift card code instead of the voucher code you currently hold.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are entered on step 3 of the checkout process (payment page). Gift Cards are composed of numbers only.

If the gift card is not accepted, please check the following:
- Confirm you are entering the 10 or 16-digit card number correctly. Make sure you are not entering a money-off or discount voucher code.

How do I apply my voucher code?

Para canjear el código de un vale, lleva a cabo estos sencillos pasos:

Cuando hayas seleccionado todos los artículos que desees comprar, podrás introducir el código del vale en una de las páginas de pago en el campo “Introduce el código promocional” y al hacer clic en “Solicitar”. Aparecerá una confirmación visual en la que se indicará que el código de vale se ha canjeado.

Recuerda que solo puedes canjear un vale por pedido.

Los vales no pueden canjearse como parte de un descuento o de otras ofertas y promociones, y no son acumulables a otros descuentos ni a otros vales de productos.

No se aplica a pedidos pasados, productos con precio ya reducido, tarjetas de regalo, productos de Edición Anual y Edición Limitada, accesorios de la Swarovski Remix Collection, productos de la SCS y esculturas especiales como la colección Crystal Myriad.

¿Cómo puedo canjear mi tarjeta regalo?

Para canjear tu tarjeta regalo, lleva a cabo estos sencillos pasos:

- Añade los artículos que quieres comprar a la cesta de la compra
- Haz clic en la cesta
- Añade una bolsa de regalo o una tarjeta de felicitación, si es necesario
- Si tienes un vale de descuento, introduce el código y dale a enviar.
- Haz clic en “Pagar”
- Escoge la opción de envío que prefieras
- Introduce tu dirección de facturación y envío
- Canjea tu tarjeta regalo al introducir el número de la tarjeta regalo en el campo "Pagar con tarjeta regalo" correspondiente (página de pago, paso 3) y dale a enviar.
- El precio aparecerá ajustado en la cesta de la compra.
