Store jewelry safely in its original box or a soft pouch, close chain clasps to prevent tangling, and keep away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat.

While wearing your Swarovski pieces, try to avoid contact with hard surfaces, which may cause scratches and chips. It’s also best to steer clear of water and liquids such as acids and commercial jewelry cleaners containing ammonia or alcohol.

Fill a clean bowl with lukewarm water (around 30°C) and add a few drops of mild pH-neutral detergent. Boiling water may damage your jewelry.

Wash your jewelry in the water for up to two minutes, lightly using your hands or a soft brush to dislodge any debris.

Rinse with clean water to remove any traces of the soap.
