How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 14 working days. You will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
Returns via Swarovski store: Returns will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to show on the account.
Swarovski crystals are a delicate material that must be handled with special care. To ensure that your Swarovski product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:
Fiber contents: 100% cotton, exclusive of trims.
Care instructions:
Machine wash cold gentle cycle or dry clean, do not bleach, lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry, do not iron.
Reverse garment before washing or dry cleaning. Do not use fabric softener or harsh chemicals.
