The Trevor Project
Title:Corporate partnership
Subtitle:We are proud to continue our corporate partnership with The Trevor Project, the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ young people.
Supporting them for the second year in a row with donations reaching approximately $60,000 to date towards their online support platform, TrevorSpace. TrevorSpace is an affirming, online community for LGBTQ young people ages 13-24 years old.
With more than 450,000 accounts across the globe, LGBTQ young people can explore their identity, get peer advice, find peer support, and make friends in a moderated community intentionally designed for them.

United Nations Initiatives
Through our commitment to the United Nation’s Free & Equal campaign, and adoption of their Standards of Conduct for Businesses on Tackling Discrimination against LGBTI People guidelines, we are helping to generate greater equality for members of the LGBTQ community one step at a time.
Pride Employee Resource Group
Our Pride focused Employee Resource Group (ERG) runs year-round events to raise awareness and celebrate the LGBTQ community, hosting events, panels on inclusion, and more.
Education and awareness programs
We work with programs like Transgender Network Switzerland (TGNS) to promote learning opportunities and run workshops internally to educate and raise understanding, reduce bias, and create a better workplace through allyship.
Members of Workplace Pride
As a member of Workplace Pride, a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTQ people in workplaces, we ensure that Swarovski remains an inclusive environment for all people by participating in annual benchmark reviews that evaluate our progress and prioritize our actions in most needed areas.
