We zetten onze geliefde traditie van Jaarlijkse Editie Ornamenten voort in 2022 met deze schitterende kristalcreatie. Het design is vervaardigd uit helder kristal met 170 facetten en steekt het klassieke kerstsymbool in een nieuw jasje. De sneeuwvlok hangt aan een goudkleurig lamélint en bevat accenten met een champagnegoud kleurtoon plating . Exclusief verkrijgbaar in 2022. Het metalen label is gegraveerd met het jaartal en versierd met een klein kristal. Ideaal om in de kerstboom of voor het raam te hangen, of gebruik een van onze elegante Kerstornament-homedisplays of sneeuwbollen. Decoratieobject. Geen speelgoed. How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.
Swarovski crystal is a delicate material that must be handled with special care. To ensure that your Swarovski product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:
Jewellery & Watches:
Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Avoid contact with water.
Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.
Figurines & Decorative Objects:
Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water. Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximise brilliance. Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
