Como limpar figuras de cristal da Swarovski

Vul een grote, schone schaal met lauw water (zo’n 30 °C) en voeg een mild, pH-neutraal afwasmiddel toe. Gebruik geen kokend water; dit kan uw product beschadigen.

Houd uw Swarovski-product in een hand. Gebruik de andere hand om het gehele product, inclusief de standaard, voorzichtig af te spoelen. Dompel het product niet volledig onder water.

Rinse with clean water, taking care to remove any traces of soap.

Dry the inside and outside of the piece thoroughly with a soft, lint-free cloth*.
*A lint-free cloth is a special type of cleaning cloth that does not release any fluff. You can purchase these cloths online, in hardware shops, or in some supermarkets.

More Care Tips To Keep your Swarovski Decorations at their Best

Some of our larger decoration pieces are delivered with a pair of white cotton gloves. These gloves should be worn when handling these products to protect the crystals and avoid leaving fingerprints.

Ensure that hanging ornaments are placed in a secure position where they cannot fall or come into contact with hard objects.

Avoid soaking products in water, keep contact with water to a minimum and always dry products thoroughly immediately after washing.

Make sure that your decorations do not come into contact with harsh, abrasive materials or glass cleaners, as these can damage the crystals.
