온라인으로 SCS 멤버십에 가입/갱신하려면 어떻게 해야 합니까?

다음 간단한 몇 단계를 통하여 온라인으로 SCS 멤버십 갱신이 가능합니다.

- 갱신 멤버십 유형 선택
- Swarovski Crystal Society(SCS) 회원 및 온라인 사용자 계정이 있는 경우 로그인 입력 
- 온라인 사용자 계정이 없는 SCS 회원의 경우 "기존 회원" 선택 후 SCS 회원 정보를 입력합니다.
- 결제 진행

갱신 확인 이메일을 수신합니다. 

SCS 멤버십은 공인 스와로브스키 리테일 매장에서 갱신할 수 있습니다.

리테일 매장 목록은 store-finder에서 확인 가능합니다. 도시 또는 우편번호 입력 후 "SCS 회원 제품”을 선택하여 Swarovski Crystal Society 리테일 매장으로 검색 범위를 축소합니다.

Een SCS-lidmaatschap kan niet online worden verlengd als het langer dan 3 maanden geleden is verlopen.

We willen u vriendelijk verzoeken om naar een Swarovski-winkel te gaan. Daar kunnen ze u verder helpen met de verlenging van uw lidmaatschap.

Waar kan ik een Swarovski Crystal Society-retailer vinden?

De lijst met retailers is te vinden op SWAROVSKI.COM/store-finder. Kies uw land en er wordt een lijst met alle retailers weergegeven. U kunt uw zoekopdracht verfijnen door uw woonplaats of een grotere stad bij u in de buurt in te voeren. Filter op ‘SCS’ om de zoekresultaten te verfijnen op Swarovski Crystal Society-retailers.

Hoeveel kost het lidmaatschap?

U kunt ofwel kiezen voor een 1-jarig of 3-jarig lidmaatschap. We raden aan om voor 3 jaar te kiezen, omdat u dan korting krijgt. Ga naar Word lid/Verlengen (of maak link) om de lidmaatschapskosten voor uw land te bekijken.

Hoe kan ik mijn lidmaatschapskosten betalen?

De betaalmethoden voor de lidmaatschapskosten zijn afhankelijk van het land waarin u woont. Als u naar uw lokale SCS-retailer gaat, kunt u contant betalen of via een andere betaalmethode die in het verkooppunt geaccepteerd wordt. Als u ervoor kiest om online lid te worden of te verlengen, accepteren we alleen betalingen via creditcard.
In bepaalde landen kunt u telefonisch betalen met uw betaalpas: Spanje, het VK, Australië, Canada en de VS. Dit is alleen mogelijk via de klantenservice.
 

Wanneer loopt mijn SCS-lidmaatschap af?

Een lidmaatschap met vaste looptijd verloopt automatisch na het einde van de lidmaatschapstermijn. Dit is ofwel 1 of 3 jaar, tenzij het lid het respectievelijke lidmaatschap verlengt.

Hoe kan ik mijn SCS-lidmaatschap verlengen?

Bij een lidmaatschap met vaste looptijd neemt Swarovski voor het einde van de lidmaatschapstermijn contact op met het lid aan de hand van de verstrekte contactgegevens. Dit gebeurt doorgaans eerst via e-mail indien het lid een geldig e-mailadres heeft en daarna via de post. De e-mail wordt over het algemeen zo’n 60 dagen voor het einde van de lidmaatschapstermijn verzonden. De herinnering per post wordt 30 dagen voor die datum verstuurd als het lidmaatschap nog niet verlengd is.
Het SCS-lid krijgt een redelijke respijtperiode (doorgaans 3 maanden) na de einddatum van de lidmaatschapstermijn om het lidmaatschap te verlengen.
 

Wanneer gaat mijn SCS-lidmaatschap van start?

Lidmaatschappen starten altijd op de eerste dag van de maand die na de aanmelding volgt. Als de aanmelding op de eerste dag van de maand plaatsvindt, is de aanmelddatum de startdatum van het lidmaatschap. Het maakt niet uit wanneer het SCS-lidmaatschap officieel van start gaat. Als de betaling is ontvangen, kan het lid exclusieve SCS-producten kopen en kan het lid het lidmaatschapsgeschenk in de store afhalen (indien beschikbaar).
De verlengingstermijn gaat van start op de dag na de einddatum van de eerdere lidmaatschapstermijn.
Het SCS-lidmaatschap kan verlengd worden bij alle erkende Swarovski-retailers, online via Swarovski.com/scs (indien een online store beschikbaar is), telefonisch bij een klantenservicemedewerker (uitsluitend in bepaalde landen, zie hierboven) of aan de hand van het verlengingsformulier in de herinneringsbrief die per post wordt verstuurd.

Please visit SWAROVSKI.COM/scs and, if you do not already have one, set up an online account. Here you can enrich your data with any missing personal details or update existing ones. What does an SCS member receive when they sign up for the Swarovski newsletter?

Members signing up to the Swarovski newsletter will be kept up to date with exclusive offers, surprises and prod¬ucts for SCS members. These newsletters will appear under the SCS identity. SCS members may also receive invitations to SCS events by email. 
They will also receive various Swarovski promotions under the Swarovski Newsletter, such as pre-SALE, SALE, etc. 
Swarovski novelties and new collections will also be promoted under the Swarovski Newsletter. These will be personalized and segmented according to their inter¬ests of Interiors if it is their preference but according to which category they purchase most and including some cross-category promotions.
 

How can I sign up to receive the Swarovski newsletter?

Just giving your email address will ensure that we can communicate about your SCS loyalty program cycle; for example, the welcome email, reminder to renew email and welcome back email.
Only if you opt-in for the newsletter can we send you special offers and surprises.
You can sign up to the Swarovski newsletter by ticking the relevant box in the SCS application form when joining or renewing your SCS membership. Please also make sure you provide us with a valid email address. In any case, you can always reach your local customer service to sign up to the Swarovski newsletter.
 

What comes inside my SCS annual membership package?

Your annual membership package contains the following:
  •     A personalized letter with membership card
  •     Your annual membership gift
  •     A crystal lovers novelties brochure including the annual exclusive SCS collection
  •     After reaching one of your anniversary years, a SCS Anniversary Gift Voucher sent with your renewal package when you renew

When will I receive my annual membership package?

In general, for new and renewed membership, packages are sent the first day of the next following month after the membership sign-up. Otherwise, if the membership has been signed up late in the month, then it is sent at the middle of the next month. So, you should expect about 4-6 weeks before receiving your membership package.
For 3-year memberships (2nd and 3rd year of a 3-year membership) the membership package is sent in the first few months of the year, so the SCS member can benefit from the annual gift as well as discovering the Crystal Lovers and SCS novelties of the year earlier.

 

SCS and the Swarovski Foundation

SCS members are invited to follow the Swarovski Foundation’s global philanthropic initiatives.

Where and when do SCS Events take place?

As a SCS member you could be invited to an SCS Online Streaming, or you will be invited to an event at your local store.

I would like to cancel my SCS membership. How should I proceed?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your membership. We advise you to contact the Customer Services team by filling in the contact form. Our agents will be happy to support you. 

I am an SCS member. Will I receive any vouchers?

In general, we have 1 type of voucher for our SCS members. You will receive an Anniversary Voucher once you celebrate 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, etc. years of tenure with the SCS. The voucher will be added to your next membership package. 

My friend who is also an SCS member has a gold card. Why is my card silver?

Our SCS VIP members receive a gold card. The tiering is done based on a calculation that is looking at your tenure with the SCS and at your purchases from the previous year. Every member can become a VIP member if he engages with us and has continuity in his membership. We encourage you to continue being a loyal and engaged customer. You might be surprised with a gold card soon. 

My friend who is also an SCS member has received an additional gift. Why haven`t I received one?

I have not received my membership gift. When will I receive it?

Your membership gift will be sent 4-6 weeks after you have registered or renewed your membership. If more than 6 weeks have passed and you are still missing your gift, we advise you to contact the Customer Services team over the contact form. Our agents will be happy to check this for you.

Your membership card will be sent 4-6 weeks after you have registered or renewed your membership. If more than 6 weeks have passed and you are still missing your card, we advise you to contact the Customer Services team over the contact form. Our agents will be happy to check this for you. 

My card doesn't reflect the original date when I joined. What can I do?

If your card doesn`t reflect the original joining date but a rather recent date, this is usually due to a gap in the tenure. SCS members keep the original member since date by making sure they renew their membership in time. Please note that our grace period is of 3 months. If the membership is not renewed within these 3 months, the member since date will be recalculated and will reflect the date when you have renewed your membership (after the grace period). If you have experienced this issue, please contact Customer Services over the contact form. Our agents will be happy to check if there is a solution for your issue. 

There is no store nearby. How can I renew my membership otherwise?

If there is no SCS retailer nearby, the fastest way to renew your membership is by visiting to www.swarovski.com/SCS.
Another option is renewal over the phone which is available in certain countries: Spain, UK, Australia, Canada, Caribbean, and USA. If you are situated in one of these countries, please contact Customer Services.
