Our Commitments
- We will build a diverse leadership population that includes under-represented groups. As a first step, we commit to a 40:40:20 distribution, where a minimum of 40% of our leaders are women, a minimum of 40% are men, and the remaining 20% can belong to any gender.
- We commit to bias-free recruitment by exploring innovative recruitment practices and inclusive training for our talent acquisition community.

婦女難民指導計畫
