Standard Deliveries are sent directly to a parcel shop for collection. DB Schenker notifies the recipient with the PIN and parcel shop address via SMS and/or email.
DHL will make one delivery attempt to the consignee's address. If the recipient is not home, the parcel will be sent to a drop-off point for collection.
Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.

Every pair of shoes has been made out of exquisite materials, which are assembled into shapes and models that unite classic style with innovation. By carrying out special processes, treatments, and applying banding and repairs, we give our products a one-of-a-kind worn appearance. The materials we use do not mix well with moisture. We recommend you avoid the rain and coming into direct contact with sources of heat, oil, grease, make-up, alcool, perfumes, solvents, and other abrasive products. Some materials, such as suede, may release colour when they come into contact with other garments. Always take great care of your shoes when wearing them and remember to put them back in their cloth bag when not being used. The nature of the applications and crafting used on this specific shoe makes the product well suited for everyday use, not to be over-stressed by inappropriate activities. Do not store them anywhere that is too hot, damp, or unventilated.
