How do I return my online order?
Swarovski's top priority is our customer satisfaction. You may return your Online order up to 30 days after receipt (except for Creators Lab products, Gift Cards and Swarovski Masks (if unpacked due to hygienic reasons). To return your order we welcome you to visit your nearest Swarovski boutique. Please take the merchandise you wish to return in the original packaging, along with your proof of purchase.
For returns by post, please proceed as follows:
STEP 1:
To register your return, please go to returns.swarovski.com to get your return label / QR Code.
STEP 2:
Enter your Online order number and email address and follow the instructions to complete the return registration and receive your unique QR code or return label.
STEP 3:
Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original carton using the original packaging materials.
STEP 4:
Fill in the return form and return the form with the merchandise. Include the number of returned articles and the reason for return. It is very important that you include the return form with your package so that we can process your return.
STEP 5:
Return the parcel via the post office or your preferred postage method. Keep the proof of return postage and tracking details provided by the post office.
STEP 6:
Allow 14 working days for the return process upon our receipt of your return. Once your Online return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
Can I exchange my purchase?
It is not possible to exchange online purchases returned via post. All returned products will be refunded to the original payment method. Please place a new online order for the correct product.
Or for straightforward size exchanges of the same product subject to product availability. Visit your nearest store (excluding concessions)
Can I return sale items?
Bundle and set return
For bundle-promotional sets, where you enjoy a promotion or discount because of purchasing one or more items (e.g., buy 3 items and get 10% off each item or where savings for each product are stated), you can return any of the items purchased separately. However, in case you choose to return any items purchased as a bundled set, kindly note that Swarovski will adjust the promotional price by charging you the regular price for the remaining items that you purchased as part of the bundle. Accordingly, Swarovski will deduct from the amount to be refunded to you (i.e., the discounted price paid for the item(s) in the bundle that you have returned) the difference between the regular price and the discounted price of the remaining items in the bundle that you do not return.

Please, keep the postal receipt with you for further reference.
As soon as the return department receives your parcel, you will get a notification per email and a full refund.
It is very important to specify the order number and name, for our colleagues to identify you and register your return – you might simply put a note in the parcel with the relevant details.
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 14 working days. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. The refund transmission will depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
