To qualify for a return:

• You will need proof of purchase such as your original receipt or order confirmation.
• Items must be in a new, unused condition and we reserve the right not to accept the return if the item shows signs of wear.
• All items returned must include all original packaging materials and tags including the IGI certificate.

The following Swarovski Created Diamonds items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been personalized, adjusted to fit, customized, engraved, or made-to-order.
• Swarovski Created Diamonds jewelry purchased from a different country.

Online Purchase Customer satisfaction is our priority. You may return your online order up to 7 days after receipt of your Swarovski Created Diamonds.

Option 1: Return online
To return your order, please follow the steps below:

STEP 1:
To register your return, please visit returns.swarovski.com.

STEP 2:
Enter your online order number and email address and follow the instructions to complete your return registration and receive your unique QR code or return label.

STEP 3:
Pack the item(s) to be returned in its original packaging materials. Make sure to include all tags and the IGI certificate.

STEP 4:
Return the parcel according to the instructions of your chosen return carrier.

STEP 5:
Keep the proof of postage safe.

STEP 6:
Please allow approximately 14 working days for the return process once we have received your return. Once your online return has been processed, you’ll receive a return confirmation email, and the refund will be issued to your original order payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

Option 2: Return to Store

In-store Purchases All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase to a Swarovski store with proof of purchase. Items purchased in a Swarovski store cannot be returned through our online store.

Swarovski offers a comprehensive lifetime repair policy for Swarovski Created Diamonds jewelry purchased from authorized Swarovski retailers. Here are the details you need to know:

Warranty Coverage: Swarovski provides a full statutory warranty covering manufacturing and material defects. Each defective item under warranty will be examined by Swarovski’s team of experts. Depending on the circumstances, the item may be repaired, replaced with the same item, or substituted with an item of comparable value. Please note that exact replacements or designs may not be guaranteed in case of item substitution.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover items subjected to accidents, normal wear and tear, abuse, modifications, attempted repairs, negligence, or misuse. For a full list of exclusions, please view the full Warranty Policy.

If the item is not covered by the warranty, Swarovski may offer a repair service for a fee.

Repair Service Conditions:
A defective item can only be repaired if:

• The product is a genuine Swarovski Created Diamonds item with the original IGI Certificate and Proof of Origin.
• The repair is feasible.
• Spare parts are available.

How to Request a Repair: 

To request a repair, please bring the item in its original packaging to an authorized Swarovski retailer. The repair service is available for Swarovski products purchased both domestically and abroad.

De garantie dekt geen:

Bewijs van herkomst 


Elke laboratorium-diamant van 0,25 karaat of groter is voorzien van een lasergravure, als bewijs van herkomst. Deze is alleen zichtbaar onder sterke vergroting en toont de authenticiteit van een Swarovski Created Diamonds-sieraad. 

Internationale certificering

De laboratorium-diamanten in de Galaxy en Eternity-collecties zijn geverifieerd en gecertificeerd door het International Gemological Institute (IGI). Elke diamant wordt beoordeeld aan de hand van de 4 C's: cut (slijpvorm), color (kleur), clarity (zuiverheid) en carat (karaat). Elke steen in deze collecties is van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit, met een G+ in kleur en VS+ in helderheid. 

Voor verdere verificatie kunt u de IGI-certificering raadplegen die bij uw aankoop is gevoegd en die de authenticiteit en kwaliteit van uw Swarovski Created Diamonds-sieraad garandeert.

Swarovski Created Diamonds gezet in 18 karaat goud, 14 karaat goud of 925 zilver zijn verfijnde sieraden die speciale zorg nodig hebben. Volg deze richtlijnen om ervoor te zorgen dat uw sieraden zo mooi mogelijk blijven:

Het opbergen van uw sieraden

• Berg uw sieraden op in de originele verpakking om beschadigingen te voorkomen.
• Zorg ervoor dat sieraden niet verward raken, tegen elkaar schuren of elkaar beschadigen.

Het schoonmaken van uw sieraden

• Gebruik een Swarovski reinigingsdoekje of een zachte, pluisvrije doek om de glans te onderhouden.
• Gebruik geen tissues of papieren handdoekjes om het metaal schoon te maken, die kunnen krassen veroorzaken.
• Maak uw sieraden schoon met een beetje zeepwater en een zachte borstel.

Dagelijkse verzorging

• Goud en zilver zijn relatief zachte metalen; ga er voorzichtig mee om.
• Verwijder sieraden voordat u klusjes binnenshuis of buitenshuis doet, uw handen wast, doucht, baadt, zwemt of lichaamsverzorgingsproducten aanbrengt zoals parfum, haarlak, zeep en lotions.
• Draag geen sieraden tijdens het sporten of bij contactsporten.
• Doe uw sieraden als laatste om bij het aankleden en als ze eerste af bij het uitkleden.
