Als Swarovski Club Mitglied profitieren Sie von Prämien, wenn Sie bei uns einkaufen. Mitglieder erhalten außerdem vorzeitigen Zugang zu Sales und Sonderaktionen, Einladungen zu Veranstaltungen, Statusprämien und vieles mehr. 

Sie können Ihre Vorteile im Abschnitt „Mein Konto“ einsehen, wenn Sie sich online anmelden.  
 

Besuchen Sie swarovski.com und klicken Sie auf „Anmelden“. Auf der rechten Seite werden Sie aufgefordert, Ihre Mitgliedsnummer (in der Fußzeile jeder E-Mail zu finden) und die E-Mail-Adresse anzugeben, die Sie zur Anmeldung im Store verwendet haben. Anschließend können Sie ein Passwort festlegen. 

Wenn Sie versuchen, Ihren Rabattgutschein online einzulösen, stellen Sie bitte sicher dass Sie eingeloggt sind, damit der Code funktioniert. Rabattcodes (zum Beispiel GEBURTSTAG, WILLKOMMEN und SILVER) sollten in Ihrem Einkaufskorb eingelöst werden.
Beachten Sie bitte auch, dass Rabattgutscheine (z. B. 20 % Rabatt) nur auf Vollpreisartikel gelten und nur einmal eingelöst werden können. Die Gutscheine können nicht im Rahmen eines Verkaufs, eines Angebots oder einer Sonderaktion eingelöst werden. Sie können auch nicht mit anderen Rabatten oder Produktgutschriften kombiniert werden. Reparaturen, SCS Mitgliedschaften und Sonderausgaben sind ebenso ausgenommen (Sonderausgaben sind unter anderem exklusive Designer Ausgaben, nummerierte limitierte Ausgaben, SCS Jahresausgaben, Crystal Myriad Ausgaben, sonstige kundenspezifische Artikel und Kollaborationen).

 

Your tier status is based on your total rolling year spend. Rolling year spend is the sum or total of the purchased and returned products a Swarovski Club member has made over a 12-month period. 

The 12-month period starts when you make your first purchase as a Swarovski Club member. That means, if you start spending on July 10, you will have until July 9th the following year (12 months later) to accumulate rewards and reach the next tier.  

Every time you qualify for a new tier, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of that tier status for 12 months.

Products purchased on Swarovski.com and in participating stores stores of the 32 participant countries will count towards your  tier calculation. Participant countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau SAR, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye and USA. However, the following items do not count towards your membership: accessories (care and cleaning products); spare parts; repairs services; the purchase and redemption of gift cards, your SCS membership fee; purchases made in countries other than your assigned country of residence; and returns.
