Was ist eine Lieferung auf Wunschtermin?
Bestellen Sie noch heute. Die Zustellung Ihres Pakets erfolgt an dem von Ihnen gewählten Datum an die von Ihnen angegebene Adresse. Bitte prüfen Sie die freien Tage im Kalender, die bei der Wahl einer termingerechten Lieferung an der Kasse angezeigt werden. Die Zustellung kann einen Werktag vor oder nach dem ausgewählten Termin erfolgen.
Kann ich meine Lieferadresse ändern?
Wenn das Paket bereits unterwegs ist, ist es nicht immer möglich, die Lieferadresse oder den Liefertermin zu ändern. Eventuell können Sie die Zustellung Ihres Pakets jedoch über das Webportal unseres Zustellpartners an Ihre Bedürfnisse anpassen.

Delivery to another country/region is not possible. Please place the order in the online shop of the country/region where the parcel is being delivered to.

Please check the shipping confirmation email to track your parcel
If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check if someone else at your address has accepted it, alternatively your parcel may have been left with a neighbor.
Otherwise, please look for a notification of attempted delivery, you may find it in your letter box.
In case you cannot locate your parcel, please contact Customer Care, please have your order number and tracking number to hand.
