The French law n°2018-771 for the freedom of choice regarding employees’ professional future, dated from the 5th of September 2018, aims to guarantee, for all the companies employing at least 50 employees, the professional equality between women and men, making this principle a “must-have”.
Swarovski supports and strongly believes in the professional equity between women and men, and will publish, on a yearly basis, the global grade obtained, based on the indicators defined by the Law.
For 2019, the global grade is 58/100. We are determined to continue our progresses and will do all our best to improve the current situation, with the strong ambition to reach 100/100.
