How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 14 working days. You will receive an email notification once return is processed. Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.

Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water. Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximise brilliance. Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.

Swarovski kristal is een delicaat materiaal dat met bijzonder veel zorg moet worden behandeld. Volg onderstaande adviezen op om ervoor te zorgen dat je Swarovski product gedurende een langere periode in de best mogelijke staat blijft en om schade te voorkomen:
Sieraden en horloges:
Bewaar je sieraden in de originele verpakking of in een zacht tasje om krassen te voorkomen.
Vermijd contact met water.
Doe je sieraden af voordat je je handen wast, gaat zwemmen en/of producten verzorgingsproducten aanbrengt (bijv. parfum, haarlak, zeep of lotion) omdat dit het metaal kan beschadigen en de levensduur van de metalen toplaag kan verkorten.
