Introduzido em 2018, o WeShine é uma iniciativa de capacitação que se centra no apoio aos trabalhadores dos nossos locais de fabrico na Ásia, promovendo o empoderamento, a sensibilização para a saúde e a literacia financeira. Desenvolvido e implementado em colaboração com parceiros de ONG locais e internacionais, o programa foi anteriormente lançado nos nossos locais na Índia, Tailândia e Vietname, chegando a mais de 2.400 trabalhadores e ajudando-os a ganhar confiança e a comunicar de forma mais eficaz sobre estes temas importantes. A mais recente edição, um programa WeShine HERhealth de 15 meses no nosso local no Vietname, realizado em parceria com a RISE e o LIFE Center, centrou-se no conhecimento prático de saúde e bem-estar. Abrangia a sensibilização para a nutrição, planeamento familiar, saúde materna e higiene menstrual, apoiando essencialmente a força de trabalho feminina com informações relevantes para o seu dia-a-dia.
