Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. We recommend you avoid the rain and coming into direct contact with sources of heat, oil, grease, make-up, alcool, perfumes, solvents, and other abrasive products. Some materials, such as suede, may release colour when they come into contact with other garments. Always take great care of your shoes when wearing them and remember to put them back in their cloth bag when not being used. The nature of the applications and crafting used on this specific shoe makes the product well suited for everyday use, not to be over-stressed by inappropriate activities. Do not store them anywhere that is too hot, damp, or unventilated.
