難民女性メンタープログラム

非営利団体「テント」とのパートナーシップにより、エンパワーメントと教育に対して長期にわたるコミットメントを強化しています。このパートナーシップでは、今後3年間で50人の女性難民に指導を行う予定です。メンタープログラムの目的は、難民女性のスキルアップと、就職で有利になるよう指導することです。

We Sparkle

Subtitle:
強固なコミュニティを推進し、恵まれない人々への支援を行うRaks Thai Foundationとのコラボレーションにより、金融リテラシーを高めるためのトレーニングカリキュラムやツールを開発する取り組みです。WeSparkleプログラムでは、休憩時間にRaks Thaiのスタッフが工場内で対面指導を受けたり、アドバイスしてもらえるウェルビーイングコーナーが人気を集めています。さらに、外部のサービスプロバイダーを招いて特別セッションを行い、金融、健康、ジェンダー平等など、さまざまなテーマの資料が専用コーナーにて紹介されました。

HERproject

Subtitle:
HERは「Health Enables Returns」の略。「エンパワーメントを受けた女性、尊厳のある仕事、より良いビジネス」をキャッチフレーズに、職場の健康と金融を融合させることで、女性の潜在能力を最大限に引き出すプロジェクトです。2007年に設立されたHERprojectは、100万人以上の女性と45万人以上の男性の幸福度、自信、経済的可能性を向上させてきました。

Skozi celo leto s strastjo proslavljamo skupnost LGBTQ+ z aktivnostmi povečevanja zavedanja, vključno z razpravljanji na okroglih mizah, delavnicami, proslavljanji v mesecu ponosa in partnerstvi z različnimi strokovnimi organizacijami, kot sta naprimer Transgender Network Switzerland in Workplace Pride.
