Women’s Empowerment

As a brand for which women are a significant part of our consumer base and workforce, we strive to champion women’s empowerment. Our aim is to empower women across our value chain from those who craft our products to those who wear them.

Celebrated on March 8, International Women's Day is dedicated to honoring the lives of women everywhere – women of all nations, all cultures, all beliefs. We recognize the strength of every woman. We believe that together we can, and will, fulfill the century-old vision of the International Women’s Day Founders to stand firmly together with all genders as we do all we can to create a better, more peaceful world.

Women Refugee Mentoring Program

We have a long-standing commitment to Empowerment & Education which we strengthen through our partnership with non-profit organization Tent. Our partnership will include the mentorship of 50 women refugees over the next three years. The goal of the mentorship program is to upskill refugee women and put them in the best possible position to find a job.

We Sparkle

je iniciativa vytvořená ve spolupráci s nadací Raks Thai, organizací podporující silné komunity a pomáhající znevýhodněným skupinám, s cílem vyvinout vzdělávací programy a nástroje, které napomáhají finanční gramotnosti. Oblíbenou součástí programu WeSparkle byl Koutek pohody, kde byli zaměstnanci nadace Raks Thai během přestávek pracovníků v tovární hale k dispozici pro osobní poradenství a konzultace. Organizátoři také uspořádali speciální zasedání, na nichž vystoupili externí poskytovatelé služeb, a ve vyhrazeném prostoru byly k dispozici informační materiály na různá témata, včetně financí, zdraví a rovnosti žen i mužů.

HERproject

Zkratka HER znamená Health Enables Returns (Zdraví umožňuje návrat) a projekt se sloganem „Podporované ženy, důstojná práce, lepší podnikání“ ukazuje, jak zdraví na pracovišti a finanční začlenění mohou naplno rozvinout potenciál žen. Iniciativa HERproject vznikla v roce 2007 a podpořila pohodu, sebevědomí i ekonomický potenciál více než 1 000 000 žen a 450 000 mužů.

Pride

Po celý rok s nadšením oslavujeme komunitu LGBTQ+ prostřednictvím osvětových aktivit včetně panelových diskusí, workshopů, oslav měsíce hrdosti a partnerství s předními odbornými organizacemi, jako je Transgender Network Switzerland a Workplace Pride.

Komunita a sounáležitost

Chceme, aby zaměstnanci cítili, že k nám patří, a to je možné pouze tehdy, když se v práci cítí sami sebou a jsou reprezentováni – vždy a všude. Účastníci jsou obvykle zaměstnanci, kteří se cítí být spojeni společnými zájmy, zkušenostmi nebo zázemím. Tady jsou některé z našich skupin ERG:

Umožňujeme ženám v práci dosáhnout jejich ambicí. Vytváříme rovné pracovní prostředí, protože u nás pracují osoby všech genderů, podporujeme mezigenderovou spolupráci i výměnu a poskytujeme ženám dovednosti i nástroje k naplnění jejich ambicí.

Pride

Ve společnosti oslavujeme a podporujeme komunitu LGBT+.

D&I Group v Gdaňsku a EDI Council v Severní Americe

Vytváříme kulturní vliv podporou různorodého zastoupení, podporou osobního projevu, snižováním nevědomých předsudků a rozvíjením povědomí o rovnosti, rozmanitosti a inkluzi.
