Why should I join?

As a Swarovski Club member, you will receive rewards for making purchases with us. Members also benefit from early access to sales and promotions, invitations to events, status rewards, and more. 

You can view your benefits in the “My Account” section when you log in online.  
 

I signed up in store for the Swarovski Club and now want to buy online and accumulate these online purchases. What do I need to do?

Go to Swarovski.com and click on “Login”. On the right-hand side of the page, you will be asked to submit your membership number (found in the footer of any email) and the email address that you used to sign up in-store before setting a password. 

Why is my discount voucher not working?

If you are trying to use your discount voucher online, please make sure that you are logged in for the code to work. Voucher codes (for example BIRTHDAY, WELCOME, and SILVER) should be redeemed in your shopping bag.
Furthermore, please note that discount vouchers (e.g., 20% off) can only be used on full-priced items and can only be redeemed once. The vouchers cannot be redeemed as part of a sale, offer, or promotion, and cannot be combined with any other discounts or product vouchers. Repairs, SCS memberships, and special editions are also excluded (special editions refers to items such as, but not limited to, exclusive designer editions, numbered limited editions, SCS annual editions, Crystal Myriad editions, other artistic custom-made items, and collaborations).

 

How is my tier status calculated?

Il tuo livello si basa sulla tua spesa totale annua. La spesa annua è la somma o il totale dei prodotti acquistati e restituiti da un socio dello Swarovski Club in un periodo di 12 mesi. 

Il periodo di 12 mesi inizia quando effettui il tuo primo acquisto come socio dello Swarovski Club. Questo significa che, se hai iniziato a fare acquisti il 10 luglio, avrai tempo fino al 9 luglio dell’anno successivo (12 mesi dopo) per accumulare premi e raggiungere il livello successivo.  

Ogni volta che risulterai idoneo per ad un nuovo livello, potrai godere approfittare dei vantaggi associati a quel livello per 12 mesi.

I prodotti acquistati su Swarovski.com e nei negozi partecipanti dei 32 paesi partecipanti verranno considerati per il calcolo del tuo livello. Questi paesi sono: Australia, Austria, Belgio, Canada, Repubblica Ceca, Francia, Germania, Gran Bretagna, Grecia, Hong Kong SAR, Ungheria, India, Irlanda, Italia, Giappone, Lussemburgo, Macao SAR, Malesia, Messico, Paesi Bassi, Nuova Zelanda, Polonia, Portogallo, Romania, Singapore, Corea del Sud, Spagna, Svizzera, regione di Taiwan, Thailandia, Turchia e Stati Uniti. Tuttavia, i seguenti acquisti non vengono conteggiati ai fini della tua iscrizione: accessori (prodotti per la cura e la pulizia); parti di ricambio; servizi di riparazione; l’acquisto e il riscatto di carte regalo, la tua quota d’iscrizione SCS; gli acquisti effettuati in paesi diversi dal paese di residenza collegato al tuo account; e i resi.
