Gift Cards and Vouchers

During checkout you are only able to redeem one gift card per order.

*Discount Voucher can only be redeemed on swarovski.com (login needed) in the country where the Voucher recipient is a registered member of the Swarovski Club. Discount Voucher is valid for one (1) month from the date of issue and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions. Discount Voucher is non-transferable, redeemable upon member identification and cannot be redeemed for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, discount voucher can only be used for the product purchase, not for paying gift cards, repair services, delivery costs or membership fees. Discount voucher code must be entered at the shopping bag. Discount Voucher can only be applied to full-priced products and cannot be combined with any other offer or voucher discount. Discount Voucher cannot be applied for the purchase of following: Designer Collections, Myriads Collections, Creators Lab items, Limited Editions, Annual Editions, SCS exclusives, Online exclusives, Discounted products, Swarovski Created Diamonds, Rosenthal Products, Outlet items, Regional Exclusives, Travel Retail, Corporate Gifts and Spare parts. All purchases are subject to the Delivery and Returns Policy. These Terms are additional to Swarovski’s standard terms and conditions, which continue to apply. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Swarovski’s standard terms and conditions, these Terms will take priority to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

Checking the remaining balance of an EGC is possible:

- Go to the page: https://www.swarovski.com/s-giftcardbuy/Buy-Gift-Card/ 
- Go to the bottom of the page, in the "Already have a Gift Card" section > "Check the status of your Gift Card"
- Click on "Check Balance"
- A new page opens, insert your Card Number in the "Card Number" field. 
- Click on the button "Check balance"

How do I order a Gift Card?

Gift cards can be sent by email (digital) or by post.

You may choose the gift card design as well as the amount, by following these few easy steps:

- Go to Gifts > Gift Card
- Click on the button "Buy a Gift Card"
- Select your card type to define if receiving a Digital gift card by email or a physical gift card sent by post.
- Select your favourite card design.
- Choose gift card value from available options or enter preferred value manually.
- Add the recipient's details (only available for gift cards by e-mail)
- Add your personal greeting text (only available for gift cards by e-mail)
- If everything is correct, click on “Add to Shopping Bag”
- Proceed check out as usual, (you might choose more items or finalize the order)

Please note that gift cards can be only redeemed within the same country it was issued or countries using the same currency.

Buoni sconto
I buoni sconto vanno inseriti nella pagina del carrello degli acquisti e il buono può includere lettere e numeri.

Se il buono non viene accettato, controlla se:
- La validità del buono non è ancora giunta a scadenza
- L’articolo/gli articoli acquistati non rientrano nell'elenco degli articoli esclusi, citati nella sezione termini e condizioni.
- Non inserisci un codice della gift card a 10 o 16 cifre invece del codice del buono che possiedi attualmente.

Gift card
Le gift card vengono inserite al passaggio 3 della procedura di checkout (pagina di pagamento). Le gift card sono esclusivamente composte da numeri.

Se la gift card non viene accettata, controlla quanto segue:
- Conferma di aver inserito correttamente il numero della gift card a 10 o 16 cifre. Assicurati che il codice che stai usando non si riferisca a uno sconto o a un buono sconto.

Per utilizzare il codice del buono, segui queste semplici tappe:

Dopo aver selezionato tutti gli articoli che desideri acquistare, sulla pagina del carrello degli acquisti avrai l’opzione di digitare il codice del buono nel campo “Inserisci il codice promozionale” del carrello degli acquisti e poi clicca su “Applica”. Riceverai una conferma visiva che ti comunica che il tuo codice del buono è stato utilizzato.

Non dimenticare che puoi utilizzare un solo buono per ogni acquisto.

I buoni regalo non possono essere utilizzati in combinazione con saldi o altre offerte o promozioni, né sono cumulabili con altri sconti in corso o buoni per prodotti.

Gli ordini effettuati in passato, i prodotti scontati, le carte regalo, le Edizioni Annuali e le Edizioni Limitate, la Swarovski Remix Collection, i prodotti SCS e le sculture speciali come la collezione Crystal Myriad sono esclusi dall’offerta.

Per utilizzare la tua carta regalo, segui questi semplici passaggi:

- Aggiungi al carrello gli articoli che desideri acquistare
- Clicca sul carrello
- Aggiungi una confezione regalo o un biglietto di auguri, se lo desideri
- Aggiungi il codice del buono sconto se lo possiedi e clicca su “Invio”.
 
- Clicca su "Paga"
- Scegli l’opzione di consegna che preferisci
- Inserisci il tuo indirizzo di fatturazione e di spedizione
- Usufruisci della tua carta regalo inserendo il tuo numero di carta regalo nell’apposito campo “Paga con Carta regalo” (pagina relativa al pagamento - passaggio 3) e clicca su “Invio”.
 
- L’importo finale nel tuo carrello apparirà adeguatamente aggiornato.
