International Women’s Day

Championing Diversity, Celebrating Individuality

We believe that creating a truly inclusive culture takes both proactive leadership and empowered employees. By working together, we can co-create the inclusive work environment we believe is essential for success.
Our leadership is committed to making Swarovski a welcoming place for everyone in society. For example, we extended our company-wide inclusion training and education, and all our recruiters and hiring managers undertook bespoke bias-free recruitment courses.
We cultivate Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which are voluntary employee-led groups that foster a more diverse and inclusive workplace to help participants feel connected via a mixture of shared interests, experiences, or backgrounds.
  • We are proud that our global workforce is 77% women, and this year 39% of our leadership roles are filled by women
    (up from 36% in 2022).
  • We signed up to the United Nations’ Women’s Empowerment Principles 10 years ago, with continued progress each year.
  • We are rolling out a Pay Equity Analysis Tool to ensure equal pay for work of equal value.
  • In our Asian manufacturing sites we hold special programs such as WeShine to empower the most vulnerable people working in our value chain. WeShine includes educational elements to help boost wellbeing, and financial literacy.
  • We are committed to achieving an inclusive work environment that ignites the success of everyone.

Acting responsibly has been ingrained in our values since 1895.
