Gift Cards and Vouchers

You can merge up to two gift cards into one by simply following the easy steps available on the payment page during checkout.

*Discount Voucher can only be redeemed on swarovski.com (login needed) in the country where the Voucher recipient is a registered member of the Swarovski Club. Discount Voucher is valid for one (1) month from the date of issue and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions. Discount Voucher is non-transferable, redeemable upon member identification and cannot be redeemed for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, discount voucher can only be used for the product purchase, not for paying gift cards, repair services, delivery costs or membership fees. Discount voucher code must be entered at the shopping bag. Discount Voucher can only be applied to full-priced products and cannot be combined with any other offer or voucher discount. All purchases are subject to the Delivery and Returns Policy. These Terms are additional to Swarovski’s standard terms and conditions, which continue to apply. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Swarovski’s standard terms and conditions, these Terms will take priority to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

Checking the remaining balance of an EGC is possible:

- Go to the page: https://www.swarovski.com/s-giftcardbuy/Buy-Gift-Card/ 
- Go to the bottom of the page, in the "Already have a Gift Card" section > "Check the status of your Gift Card"
- Click on "Check Balance"
- A new page opens, insert your Card Number in the "Card Number" field. 
- Click on the button "Check balance"

Gift cards can be sent by email (digital) or by post.

You may choose the gift card design as well as the amount, by following these few easy steps:

- Go to Gifts > Gift Card
- Click on the button "Buy a Gift Card"
- Select your card type to define if receiving a Digital gift card by email or a physical gift card sent by post.
- Select your favorite card design.
- Choose gift card value from available options or enter preferred value manually.
- Add the recipient's details (only available for gift cards by e-mail)
- Add your personal greeting text (only available for gift cards by e-mail)
- If everything is correct, click on “Add to Shopping Bag”
- Proceed check out as usual, (you might choose more items or finalize the order)

Please note that gift cards can be only redeemed within the same country it was issued or countries using the same currency.

If you are facing difficulties applying your voucher or gift card, please consider the following advice.

Vouchers
Discount and money-off vouchers are entered on the shopping bag page and the voucher can include letters and numbers.

If the voucher is not accepted, please check the following:
- Voucher validity is not expired
- Item(s) being purchased is not part of the exclusion list mentioned in the T&Cs.
- You are not entering a 10 or 16-digit gift card code instead of the voucher code you currently hold.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are entered on step 3 of the checkout process (payment page). Gift Cards are composed of numbers only.

If the gift card is not accepted, please check the following:
- Confirm you are entering the 10 or 16-digit card number correctly. Make sure you are not entering a money-off or discount voucher code.

Um Ihren Gutschein-Code einzulösen, folgen Sie diesen Schritten:

Wenn Sie alle gewünschten Artikel in den Einkaufskorb gelegt haben, können Sie den Gutschein-Code auf der Einkaufskorb-Seite im Feld „Promotionscode eingeben“ hinzufügen. Klicken Sie dann auf „Anwenden“. Sie erhalten eine visuelle Bestätigung, dass Ihr Gutschein-Code eingelöst wurde.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie pro Bestellung nur einen Gutschein einlösen können.

Leider ist es nicht möglich, den Gutschein für Sale-Artikel, andere Angebote oder Sonderaktionen einzulösen. Außerdem können Sie die Gutscheine nicht mit anderen Rabatten oder Produktgutscheinen kombinieren.

Bereits erfolgte Bestellungen, reduzierte Produkte, Geschenkkarten, Jahres- und Limitierte Ausgaben, die Swarovski Remix Sammlung, SCS Produkte und besondere Skulpturen wie jene der Crystal Myriad Kollektion sind ausgeschlossen.

Um Ihre Geschenkkarte einzulösen, folgen Sie ganz einfach diesen Schritten:

- Legen Sie die gewünschten Artikel in Ihren Einkaufskorb
- Klicken Sie auf den Einkaufskorb
- Fügen Sie bei Bedarf eine Geschenktasche oder Grußkarte hinzu
- Wenn Sie einen Gutschein-Code haben, fügen Sie ihn hinzu und schicken Sie ihn ab.
- Klicken Sie auf „Kasse“
- Wählen Sie die gewünschte Lieferoption
- Geben Sie Ihre Liefer- und Rechnungsadresse ein
- Lösen Sie Ihre Geschenkkarte ein, indem Sie Ihren Geschenkcode in das entsprechende Feld „Zahle mit einer Geschenkkarte“ eingeben (Seite: Bezahlung – Schritt 3) und abschicken.
- Der Preis in Ihrem Einkaufskorb wird angepasst.
