Standard Delivery - SF Express
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11:00 AM KST will be processed and shipped the same business day.

Express delivery is offered for selected products (subject to availability).

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.
Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
For Crystal Myriad, Licensed-in and Creators Lab products, please note it may take up to 2 weeks before the parcel is shipped, and you are notified via email.
Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 14 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). For Swarovski Created Diamonds you have 30 days to return your items. Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.

Κοσμήματα και ρολόγια:
Αποθηκεύστε τα κοσμήματά σας στην αρχική συσκευασία ή σε ένα μαλακό πουγκί για να αποφύγετε τις γρατζουνιές.
Αποφύγετε την επαφή με το νερό.
Βγάλτε τα κοσμήματα πριν από το πλύσιμο των χεριών, το κολύμπι ή/και τη χρήση προϊόντων (π.χ. άρωμα, λακ, σαπούνι ή λοσιόν), καθώς αυτό θα μπορούσε να προκαλέσει ζημιά στο μέταλλο και να μειώσει τη διάρκεια ζωής της επιμετάλλωσης, καθώς και να προκαλέσει αποχρωματισμό και απώλεια της κρυστάλλινης λάμψης. Αποφύγετε την επαφή με σκληρές επιφάνειες (δηλαδή, το χτύπημα πάνω σε αντικείμενα) που μπορεί να προκαλέσει γρατζουνιές ή σπασίματα στο κρύσταλλο.
Διακοσμητικές φιγούρες και αντικείμενα σπιτιού:
Γυαλίζετε το προϊόν σας προσεκτικά με μαλακό πανί χωρίς χνούδι ή πλύντε το στο χέρι με χλιαρό νερό. Μην εμποτίζετε τα προϊόντα κρυστάλλων σε νερό.
Στεγνώστε με ένα μαλακό πανί χωρίς χνούδι για μέγιστη λάμψη.
Αποφύγετε την επαφή με σκληρά, λειαντικά υλικά και καθαριστικά γυαλιού/παραθύρων.
Κατά τον χειρισμό του κρυστάλλου σας, συνιστάται να φοράτε γάντια από βαμβάκι για να μην αφήσετε δακτυλικά αποτυπώματα.
Υπηρεσίες δώρων
