Our Commitments

難民女性メンタープログラム

Subtitle:
非営利団体「テント」とのパートナーシップにより、エンパワーメントと教育に対して長期にわたるコミットメントを強化しています。このパートナーシップでは、今後3年間で50人の女性難民に指導を行う予定です。メンタープログラムの目的は、難民女性のスキルアップと、就職で有利になるよう指導することです。

We Sparkle

Subtitle:
強固なコミュニティを推進し、恵まれない人々への支援を行うRaks Thai Foundationとのコラボレーションにより、金融リテラシーを高めるためのトレーニングカリキュラムやツールを開発する取り組みです。WeSparkleプログラムでは、休憩時間にRaks Thaiのスタッフが工場内で対面指導を受けたり、アドバイスしてもらえるウェルビーイングコーナーが人気を集めています。さらに、外部のサービスプロバイダーを招いて特別セッションを行い、金融、健康、ジェンダー平等など、さまざまなテーマの資料が専用コーナーにて紹介されました。

HERproject

Subtitle:
HERは「Health Enables Returns」の略。「エンパワーメントを受けた女性、尊厳のある仕事、より良いビジネス」をキャッチフレーズに、職場の健康と金融を融合させることで、女性の潜在能力を最大限に引き出すプロジェクトです。2007年に設立されたHERprojectは、100万人以上の女性と45万人以上の男性の幸福度、自信、経済的可能性を向上させてきました。

プライド

Title:
パネルディスカッション、ワークショップ、プライド月間の開催、「トランスジェンダー・ネットワーク・スイス」や「ワークプレイス・プライド」などの主要専門組織とのパートナーシップなどの啓発活動を通じて、LGBTQ+コミュニティを年間を通じて賛同することに情熱を傾けています。

コミュニティと帰属意識

私たちは、従業員に自分の居場所を見つけてもらいたいと考えています。それは、従業員がいつでもどこでも、自分らしく生き生きと働ける場所です。従業員リソースグループ(ERG)は、こうした一体感や帰属意識を作るための重要な役割を担っています。ERGは、より多様でインクルーシブな職場づくりに貢献する、従業員主導のグループです。参加者は、共通の趣味、経験、経歴を持った従業員で構成されています。こちらで、ERGの内容をご紹介します。
