This exciting new offer is free of charge and available once a year to every SCS member. Please note, access is limited as the Manufaktur is a working space. Groups will typically have 10 people (with some exceptions). Each SCS member may bring one adult guest on tour. For legal and safety reasons, children under 18 and pets are not allowed.
The Tour
Title:You will be received at the VIP Lounge in the Kristallwelten by an expert guide who will lead you to the Manufaktur. As part of the private tour, you will have the opportunity to view the creative process that brings Swarovski home products to life.
Tours run April through October, lasting up to two hours, and are available in English and German.
A Unique Experience
Available to SCS members only, go behind the scenes at the Swarovski Manufaktur*, located within Swarovski’s original production facility in Wattens, Austria.
Spanning 7,000sqm over three levels in the main Production Plant, the Manufaktur unites craftsmanship and crystal heritage with state-of-the-art technologies. An inspiring, creative space, this is where our business partners see their incredible visions crystallize into reality. The machines used at the Manufaktur are developed in-house, or to Swarovski’s exacting specifications by trusted vendors, enabling us to continue producing the world’s most brilliant crystals.
During your visit, you will have the chance to see three production processes:

- Crystal Prototyping: new cuts and shapes are developed quickly and flexibly. Hand Samples of home prototypes are created here as well.
- Application Prototyping: the final consumer products are made here, using a variety of crystal application techniques on all kinds of surfaces. This allows us to crystallize any product, from evening dresses and handbags to shoes and sunglasses, so our clients can embellish their designs with signature Swarovski radiance.
- Special Projects: crystal art and individual lighting installations are made here - the more complex the better. These are designed from scratch in collaboration with customers and creatives, bringing their most extravagant ideas to light.

Preparing for Your Visit

Please remember that the Manufaktur is a fully operational facility; to respect our colleagues and the nature of their work, we ask that you exercise discretion at all times.
For the tour to be as immersive and memorable as possible, we ask you to be mindful of the following:

- The Manufaktur tour does NOT include entry into the Kristallwelten. This will need to be booked separately here.
- Please bring your ID, SCS membership details and tour ticket (either printed or electronic).
- You will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and to study and sign the safety rules of the Manufaktur. A visitor’s badge will be given to you.
- You wil be met by your expert guide at the VIP Lounge; at the conclusion of the tour you will be brought back to the Lounge. A Swarovski security officer will accompany the group while on tour.
- No photography is permitted anywhere on the production premises, including the Manufaktur.

- Para poder participar en el tour privado de Swarovski Manufaktur en Wattens, tu cuenta de membresía de la SCS debe estar activa en el momento de reservar y al hacer el tour.
- La reserva es intransferible y se anula automáticamente si no asistes al tour. Deberás volver a reservar.
- Como miembro de la SCS, puedes ir al tour con un acompañante como máximo.
- Los participantes deben ser mayores de 18 años. No está permitida la entrada a niños/as ni mascotas.
- En el punto de encuentro del Lounge VIP, Swarovski Kristallwelten, deberás firmar un Acuerdo de Confidencialidad y la Normativa de Seguridad de Manufaktur. Si no firmas uno de estos documentos, no podrás hacer el tour.
- Recuerda que está totalmente prohibido hacer grabaciones de cualquier tipo dentro de Manufaktur.
- Swarovski se reserva el derecho de posponer el tour con poca antelación si deben dedicarse todos los recursos de Manufaktur a producciones urgentes o por motivos de seguridad. Podrás volver a reservar.
