Swarovski Club

As a Swarovski Club member, you will receive rewards for making purchases with us. Members also benefit from early access to sales and promotions, invitations to events, status rewards, and more. 

You can view your benefits in the “My Account” section when you log in online.  
 

Go to Swarovski.com and click on “Login”. On the right-hand side of the page, you will be asked to submit your membership number (found in the footer of any email) and the email address that you used to sign up in-store before setting a password. 

If you are trying to use your discount voucher online, please make sure that you are logged in for the code to work. Voucher codes (for example BIRTHDAY, WELCOME, and SILVER) should be redeemed in your shopping bag.
Furthermore, please note that discount vouchers (e.g., 20% off) can only be used on full-priced items and can only be redeemed once. The vouchers cannot be redeemed as part of a sale, offer, or promotion, and cannot be combined with any other discounts or product vouchers. Repairs, SCS memberships, and special editions are also excluded (special editions refers to items such as, but not limited to, exclusive designer editions, numbered limited editions, SCS annual editions, Crystal Myriad editions, other artistic custom-made items, and collaborations).

這 12 個月的計算期間，是從您第一次以 Swarovski Club 會員身分消費時起算。這就代表，如果您從 7 月 10 日開始消費，您到隔年 7 月 9 日為止，就會有 12 個月的時間，可以累積獎勵來升級。

每當您達到新等級的標準時，即可享受該等級的會員禮遇長達 12 個月時間。

您在 Swarovski.com 官網或 32 個參與國家/地區的指定門市消費，金額都會被列入您的會員等級計算。參與國家/地區：澳洲、奧地利、比利時、加拿大、捷克、法國、德國、英國、希臘、香港特別行政區、匈牙利、印度、愛爾蘭、義大利、日本、盧森堡、澳門特別行政區、馬來西亞、墨西哥、荷蘭、紐西蘭、波蘭、葡萄牙、羅馬尼亞、新加坡、韓國、西班牙、瑞士、台灣、泰國、土耳其和美國。不過以下這些項目不會計入您的會員資格消費累積：配件（保養與清潔產品）、備用零件、維修服務、禮物卡的購買與兌換、您的 SCS 會員年費、在您指定居住國家/地區以外的消費，以及退貨。
