We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.

Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 30 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 14 working days. You will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
Returns via Swarovski store: Returns will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to show on the account.

Place the pieces in a bowl of water and use a soft, small brush to remove debris. Gently rinse and pat dry with a micro-fibre cloth before storing securely in the original packaging, a padded box, or fabric pouch.
You can also ensure the longevity of your Swarovski Created Diamonds jewellery by removing it before exercising, gardening, or doing DIY. Keep Swarovski Created Diamonds jewellery away from creams, sprays, and harsh chemicals such as those found in domestic cleaning products, to preserve its brilliance.
