Swarovski's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 30 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 14 working days. You will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.

Verzorging en onderhoud
Uw sieraad van Swarovski Created Diamonds is waardevol. Door een paar eenvoudige stappen te volgen, kunt u ervoor zorgen dat het zijn uitzonderlijke schittering behoudt.
Om te beginnen, is het raadzaam uw sieraad schoon te maken na elke keer dat u het draagt. Gebruik hiervoor een droge, pluisvrije doek om olie of vuil te verwijderen dat van uw huid is overgedragen. Poets altijd in één richting om een gelijkmatige, streeploze afwerking te garanderen.
Voor grondigere reiniging raden we aan om uw sieraad één of twee keer per maand te weken in warm zeepsop. Controleer uw sieraad op losse stenen, sluitingen of zettingen voordat u begint. Plaats het sieraad in een schaaltje met water en gebruik een zachte, kleine borstel om vuil te verwijderen. Spoel het sieraad voorzichtig af en dep het droog met een microvezeldoek voordat u het veilig opbergt in de originele verpakking, een gevoerd doosje of stoffen tasje.
U kunt ook de levensduur van uw Swarovski Created Diamonds-sieraad verlengen door het af te doen voordat u gaat sporten, tuinieren of klussen. Zorg ervoor dat uw sieraad van Swarovski Created Diamonds niet in contact komt met crèmes, sprays en agressieve chemicaliën zoals die in huishoudelijke schoonmaakmiddelen, om de schittering te behouden.
