Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 10:00 AM SGT will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Standard delivery time: 2-7 business days after processing and shipping

Klang Valley: 2-3 business days
Peninsular: 3-5 business days
Sabah: 5-7 business days
Sarawak: 4-6 business days
Standard shipping cost: MYR 20
Free standard shipping over: MYR 300

Express Delivery - Janio

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 10:00 AM SGT will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Express delivery time: 2-4 business day after processing and shipping

Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.

Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
For Crystal Myriad, Licensed-in and Creators Lab products a personalized premium delivery service is included with their purchase, please note it may take up to 2 weeks before the parcel is shipped, and you are notified via email.

Co je dodání v určený den?

Objednejte si zboží dnes a určete si datum a adresu dodání zásilky. Máte-li zájem o doručení v konkrétní den, projděte si během provádění objednávky volné termíny v kalendáři. Dodávka může proběhnout i o jeden pracovní den dříve či později.

Mohu změnit doručovací adresu?

Je-li zásilka již na cestě, není vždy možné změnit adresu nebo datum doručení. Chcete-li takovou změnu provést, navštivte webový portál doručovatele. V některých případech bývá možné tyto pokyny změnit a vybrat si doručení, jaké vám vyhovuje nejvíce.

Dodání do jiné země / jiného regionu?

Doručení do jiné země / jiného regionu není možné. Objednávku proveďte v online obchodu příslušné země / příslušného regionu, kam chcete balíček doručit.
Zemi/region a jazyk můžete změnit kliknutím na jejich název v nabídce výběru země/regionu.

Kde je můj balíček?

Please check the shipping confirmation email to track your parcel
If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check if someone else at your address has accepted it, alternatively your parcel may have been left with a neighbor.
Otherwise, please look for a notification of attempted delivery, you may find it in your letter box.
In case you cannot locate your parcel, please contact Customer Care, please have your order number and tracking number to hand.
