For Swarovski Created Diamonds you have 30 days to return your items. Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Once we have your return package we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.

Pulisci la tua borsa regolarmente utilizzando un panno morbido e privo di pelucchi. Per pelle e tessuto, utilizzare solo prodotti per la pulizia specifici per il materiale da trattare. Evitare sostanze chimiche aggressive, solventi e metodi di pulizia abrasivi, poiché questi potrebbero danneggiare i materiali, le finiture metalliche o gli elementi in cristallo. Attenersi sempre alle istruzioni del produttore del detergente.
Conservazione della borsa
Quando non in uso, riponi la tua borsa nella custodia protettiva fornita al momento dell'acquisto. Conservare in un luogo fresco e asciutto, al riparo dalla luce solare diretta, dall'umidità e da fonti di calore. Per il trasporto, utilizzare sempre la custodia protettiva per prevenire graffi e altri danni. Prestare particolare attenzione per proteggere le decorazioni in cristallo e i componenti metallici decorativi dal contatto con superfici dure o altri oggetti.
