只有 SCS 會員可以參觀 Swarovski 位於奧地利瓦滕斯的生產基地 — Swarovski Manufaktur*，揭開幕後製作的神祕面紗。
Manufaktur 的主生產工廠共三層樓，占地面積達 7000 平方公尺，將精美工藝、Swarovski 水晶傳統與先進的技術完美結合在一起。這裡是一個充滿靈感和創造力的空間，我們的商業合作伙伴可以用 Swarovski 水晶將他們的不可思議的幻想變成現實。Manufaktur 使用的機器都是 Swarovski 自己研發的，或者是由值得信賴的供應商按照 Swarovski 要求的規格製造的，這使得我們能夠持續生產全世界最璀璨閃耀的 Swarovski 水晶。

Preparing for Your Visit

Please remember that the Manufaktur is a fully operational facility; to respect our colleagues and the nature of their work, we ask that you exercise discretion at all times.

- The Manufaktur tour does NOT include entry into the Kristallwelten. This will need to be booked separately here.
- Please bring your ID, SCS membership details and tour ticket (either printed or electronic).
- You will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and to study and sign the safety rules of the Manufaktur. A visitor’s badge will be given to you.
- You wil be met by your expert guide at the VIP Lounge; at the conclusion of the tour you will be brought back to the Lounge. A Swarovski security officer will accompany the group while on tour.
- No photography is permitted anywhere on the production premises, including the Manufaktur.

In order to join the Manufaktur tour, you must read and accept the Terms & Conditions below:
Swarovski reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time. You are bound by these changes and should therefore periodically visit this page to ensure that the information you have is up to date.
- To qualify for the private tour of the Swarovski Manufaktur, Wattens, your SCS membership account must be active at the time of booking and at the time of the tour visit.
- The booking is non-transferable and will automatically expire if you do not attend the tour. A new booking must be made.
- As an SCS member, you can be accompanied by a maximum of one guest on the tour.
- Participants must be over 18 years of age. No children or pets are allowed.
- At the meeting point in the VIP Lounge, Swarovski Kristallwelten, you will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as well as the Manufaktur Safety Regulations. If you do not sign either document, you will be unable to join the tour.
- Please note, recording of any kind is strictly prohibited within the Manufaktur.
- Swarovski reserves the right to postpone the tour at short notice if it is necessary to focus all Manufaktur resources on urgent production, or for safety and security reasons. You will be able to make a new booking.
