Uw Swarovski-kristal onderhouden

Swarovski-kristal is een kwetsbaar materiaal, en onze decoraties worden op een traditionele manier vervaardigd. Hierdoor moeten ze zeer zorgvuldig behandeld worden. Volg deze onderhoudsinstructies, waaronder voor het schoonmaken van uw Swarovski-figuurtjes, -ornamenten en woondecoraties, om zo lang mogelijk van uw item te genieten.

Kristallen Swarovski-figuren schoonmaken

Volg deze stappen om uw kristallen decoraties schoon te maken en hun schittering te behouden:

Was uw handen en maak ze droog.

Begin met de basis. Poets uw figuurtje voorzichtig met een pluisvrije doek* en maak kleine cirkelvormige bewegingen tot u het hele oppervlak hebt gehad.

Regelmatig en zorgvuldig schoonmaken helpt uw figuurtjes hun prachtige glans te behouden en stofvrij te blijven.

Kristallen Swarovski-woondecoratie schoonmaken

Items zoals flûtes en vazen moeten grondiger worden schoongemaakt om er zeker van te zijn dat alle resten zijn weggespoeld.

Was uw handen en maak ze droog.

Vul een grote, schone schaal met lauw water (zo’n 30 °C) en voeg een mild, pH-neutraal afwasmiddel toe. Gebruik geen kokend water; dit kan uw product beschadigen.

Houd uw Swarovski-product in een hand. Gebruik de andere hand om het gehele product, inclusief de standaard, voorzichtig af te spoelen. Dompel het product niet volledig onder water.

Spoel af met schoon water en zorg ervoor dat u alle zeepresten hebt weggespoeld.

Maak de binnen- en buitenkant van het product zorgvuldig droog met een zachte, pluisvrije doek*.
*Een pluisvrije doek is een speciale soort schoonmaakdoek die geen pluisjes achterlaat. U kunt deze doeken online, in doe-het-zelfwinkels of in sommige supermarkten kopen.

Some of our larger decoration pieces are delivered with a pair of white cotton gloves. These gloves should be worn when handling these products to protect the crystals and avoid leaving fingerprints.

Ensure that hanging ornaments are placed in a secure position where they cannot fall or come into contact with hard objects.

Avoid soaking products in water: keep contact with water to a minimum, and always dry products thoroughly immediately after washing.

Make sure that your decorations do not come into contact with harsh, abrasive materials or glass cleaners, as these can damage the crystals.
