Ödeme sırasında ödeme sayfasındaki kolay adımları izleyerek iki hediye kartını birleştirebilirsiniz.

*İndirim Kuponu yalnızca Kuponu alan kişinin Swarovski Club üyesi olduğu ülkede swarovski.com üzerinden kullanılabilir (oturum açılması gerekir). İndirim Kuponu, düzenlendiği tarihten itibaren bir (1) ay boyunca geçerlidir ve diğer teklifler, indirimler veya kampanyalarla birleştirilemez. İndirim Kuponu devredilemez, üye kimliği belirlendikten sonra kullanılabilir ve nakde dönüştürülemez. Karışıklığa mahal vermemek adına, indirim kuponu yalnızca ürün satın alımında kullanılabilir ve hediye kartı, onarım servisi, teslimat ücreti ve üyelik ücreti ödemelerinde kullanılamaz. Tüm alışverişler, Teslimat ve İade Politikasına tabidir. Bu Hükümler, Swarovski’nin geçerli olmaya devam eden standart hükümlerine ve koşullarına ek olarak uygulanmaktadır. Bu Hükümler ile Swarovski’nin standart hükümleri ve koşulları arasında herhangi bir uyuşmazlık olması halinde, uyuşmazlığı çözüme kavuşturmak için gereken ölçüde bu Hükümlerin önceliği olacaktır.

- Sayfanın en aşağısına gidin, "Hediye Kartım var" kısmında yer alan "Hediye Kartınızın durumunu kontrol edin" seçeneğine tıklayın
- “Bakiyeyi kontrol et” seçeneğine tıklayın
- Yeni açılan sayfada “Kart Numarası” alanına Kart Numaranızı girin. 
- “Bakiyeyi kontrol et” seçeneğine tıklayın

Gift cards can be sent by email (digital) or by post.

You may choose the gift card design as well as the amount, by following these few easy steps:

- Go to Gifts > Gift Card
- Click on the button "Buy a Gift Card"
- Select your card type to define if receiving a Digital gift card by email or a physical gift card sent by post.
- Select your favorite card design.
- Choose gift card value from available options or enter preferred value manually.
- Add the recipient's details (only available for gift cards by e-mail)
- Add your personal greeting text (only available for gift cards by e-mail)
- If everything is correct, click on “Add to Shopping Bag”
- Proceed check out as usual, (you might choose more items or finalize the order)

Please note that gift cards can be only redeemed within the same country it was issued or countries using the same currency.

If you are facing difficulties applying your voucher or gift card, please consider the following advice.

Vouchers
Discount and money-off vouchers are entered on the shopping bag page and the voucher can include letters and numbers.

If the voucher is not accepted, please check the following:
- Voucher validity is not expired
- Item(s) being purchased is not part of the exclusion list mentioned in the T&Cs.
- You are not entering a 10 or 16-digit gift card code instead of the voucher code you currently hold.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are entered on step 3 of the checkout process (payment page). Gift Cards are composed of numbers only.

If the gift card is not accepted, please check the following:
- Confirm you are entering the 10 or 16-digit card number correctly. Make sure you are not entering a money-off or discount voucher code.

To redeem your voucher code, please follow these easy steps:

Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, on the shopping bag page you can type the voucher code in the “Enter promo code” field of the shopping bag and click on “Apply”. You will get a visual confirmation that your voucher code has been redeemed.

Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per purchase.

Redemption as part of a Sale or other offers or promotions, as well as combining vouchers with other discounts or product vouchers, is not possible.

Orders made in the past, reduced products, Gift Cards, Annual and Limited Editions, The Swarovski Remix Collection, SCS products, and special sculptures such as the Crystal Myriad collection are excluded.

To redeem your gift card, please follow these easy steps:

- Add items you wish to purchase to the shopping bag
- Click on the shopping bag
- Add gift bag or greeting card if required
- Add a discount voucher code if you have one and submit.
- Click "Check-Out"
- Choose the suitable delivery option
- Enter your billing and shipping address
- Redeem your gift card by entering your gift card number in the appropriate ‘’ Pay with a Gift Card ‘’ field (checkout page – step 3) and submit.
- The price on your shopping bag will appear adjusted.
