Zaregistroval(a) jsem se v prodejně do klubu Swarovski Club a nyní chci nakupovat online a získávat odměny za tyto online nákupy. Co mám dělat?
Go to Swarovski.com and click on “Login”. On the right-hand side of the page, you will be asked to submit your membership number (found in the footer of any email) and the email address that you used to sign up in-store before setting a password.
Why is my discount voucher not working?
If you are trying to use your discount voucher online, please make sure that you are logged in for the code to work. Voucher codes (for example BIRTHDAY, WELCOME, and SILVER) should be redeemed in your shopping bag.
Furthermore, please note that discount vouchers (e.g., 20% off) can only be used on full-priced items and can only be redeemed once. The vouchers cannot be redeemed as part of a sale, offer, or promotion, and cannot be combined with any other discounts or product vouchers. Repairs, SCS memberships, and special editions are also excluded (special editions refers to items such as, but not limited to, exclusive designer editions, numbered limited editions, SCS annual editions, Crystal Myriad editions, other artistic custom-made items, and collaborations).

How is my tier status calculated?
Your tier status is based on your total rolling year spend. Rolling year spend is the sum or total of the purchased and returned products a Swarovski Club member has made over a 12-month period.
The 12-month period starts when you make your first purchase as a Swarovski Club member. That means, if you start spending on July 10, you will have until July 9th the following year (12 months later) to accumulate rewards and reach the next tier.
Every time you qualify for a new tier, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of that tier status for 12 months.
Products purchased on Swarovski Official | Jewelry, Watches and Crystal Decorations and in participating stores of the 32 participant countries/regions will count towards your tier calculation. Participant countries/regions: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau SAR, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan region, Thailand, Türkiye and USA. However, the following items do not count towards your membership: accessories (care and cleaning products); spare parts; repairs services; the purchase and redemption of gift cards, your SCS membership fee; purchases made in countries other than your assigned country/region of residence; and returns.
