Jewelry
Our jewelry is thoughtfully crafted using a selection of refined materials. Each material has unique characteristics, and mindful care will help preserve the beauty and longevity of your pieces over time. Please follow the guidance below according to the material of your jewelry.
Fashion Crystal Jewelry
Our fashion crystal jewelry collections are crafted using a carefully selected range of materials, including gold, rhodium, ruthenium, and palladium-based crystal pieces. Each material is chosen for its quality, beauty, and durability, helping your jewelry preserve its brilliance over time.
Rose-gold fashion crystal jewelry may naturally tarnish or darken over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and skin chemistry. This is a normal characteristic and does not indicate a defect or reduced quality.
Daily Care
We recommend putting on your jewelry last, as the finishing touch to your outfit. Remove your Swarovski fashion crystal jewelry before washing your hands, swimming, or using products such as perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion. These products may harm the metal, cause discoloration, or reduce crystal brilliance. Avoid contact that may scratch or chip the crystal.
Cleaning Your Jewelry
Polish your jewelry frequently with the Swarovski Cleaning Cloth or a lint-free cloth to maintain its original shine.
Storing Your Jewelry
Store your jewelry individually in its original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid damage. Always close the chain clasp to help prevent tangling.
Watches
Swarovski watches are designed to offer timeless elegance and enduring style. Crafted with utmost precision using a range of refined materials - including stainless steel, leather, rose-gold and silver-tone finishes - each watch requires mindful care to preserve its beauty and performance over time. Follow the care guidance below to help ensure the longevity of your timepiece.
Please read the accompanying instructions manual carefully to familiarize yourself with your watch’s characteristics, including its level of water resistance.
Daily Care
Always remove your watch before applying body care products such as perfume, hairspray, soaps, and lotions. These substances can damage the metal, reduce the lifetime of the plating or coating, and cause discoloration or loss of brilliance. Put on your watch last when getting dressed and take it off first when undressing. We also recommend not wearing your Swarovski watch in bed or during exercise.
Cleaning your Watch
You can help preserve your watch's luster by cleaning it occasionally with the Swarovski Cleaning Cloth or a microfiber cloth. The case and bracelet may also be washed from time to time using soapy water and a soft brush.
Storing your Watch
Store your watch in its original packaging or a soft pouch to help avoid scratching. This also reduces exposure to sunlight, humidity, and excessive heat, which may fade color or shorten battery life.
For more details on watch maintenance, please refer to the Watches section.
Decorations
Polish your decorations carefully with the Swarovski Crystal Cleaning Cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth, or clean them by hand using lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water.
Dry with the cloth to maximize brilliance.
Do not use harsh or abrasive materials, or glass and window cleaners.
Items such as toasting flutes and vases require more intensive cleaning to remove any residue.
Fill a large, clean bowl with lukewarm water (around 30°C) and add a mild, pH-neutral dish detergent. Do not use boiling water, as it may damage your piece. Hold your Swarovski piece in one hand and use the other hand to gently rinse the entire product, including the base, without fully submerging it.
Accessories
Our accessories are thoughtfully designed and crafted from a variety of carefully selected materials. Each item - whether a writing instrument or eyewear - has its own unique characteristics. With mindful care, you can help preserve the appearance, quality, and longevity of your accessories over time.
Eyewear
Clean your sunglasses by gently wiping the lenses with the lens cleaning cloth included with every purchase. To prevent damage, never use paper towels or clothing, as they can trap dust and fibers and cause scratches. Avoid household detergents or soaps, which may harm the lenses or their coatings.
